The food was hot and good. I was confused why I had two medium fri in my bag, and then I took a bite from the others and I realized they were soggy and cold ? good on them for giving a new one, but not sure on why they decided to give the others out too.
Anna Mcclain is a thief and a terrible manager!!!!!!. Also watch out for her daughter Alexis Savage and her daughters boyfriend Derek Berger. They will eat your business out of house and home. That's why she doesn't work at the Swanton Wendy's, she was fired for stealing not once but twice; Along with all the employees, she probably brought to you store.I hope your upper team sees the trouble in your food costs, and variances and fixes the problem fast. They’re always out of something. Today, for the second time in less than a month we were told they don’t have any “morning chicken”, this time they clarified that the general manager failed to even order it. It’s getting really old going and wanting something specific and never being able to get what we’re craving. The employees are usually super nice about it, but it’s definitely getting frustrating.
