Not many choices though and many were odd things not normally on Chinese buffets. Food was oddly arranged too. It was clean and staff was friendly, but the food was less than par.

If you love real Chinese teas like Oolong then this place is the one bc their tea is The best I've had anywhere! ( it is NOT black tea). The food was delicious, the General Tso's chicken sauce was a bit thin for our liking but the rest was great!

GROSS! Spoiled and curdled items on buffet. It was pointed out. They didn't change it out or even care. Turned my stomach, paid but didn't eat.

Sometimes the lady at the front can be overwhelmed and can come off as demanding but the FOOD is absolutely 100% also been fresh regardless is I Eat in the buffet or Take Out food . Definitely a good Chinese restaurant around Considering there’s others places miles from town . Over all experience it’s great I’ll recommend to anyone one bad experience does. Not make it a bad restaurant.
Food was cold. Couldn't even eat one plate. Disgusting. The poor guy that waited on us was running around like he was on fire. The Asian lady working with him didn't act like she knew what she was doing. My boyfriend said he's ate at alot of Chinese places over the years and this was the worst one because of the food. Very, very disappointed. We will never eat there again and will inform our friends not to either. The only thing good there was the waiter.

I didn't expect 5 star authentic Chinese food stopping in Waverly, but I expected a bit better than this. Around 6 PM on a Sunday, the restaurant was not very busy, but the food did not pretend to be fresh. In other words, it looked old and dried out, and they did not bother filling most of the food trays to make it appear less like it had been sitting out all day. Service was very detached and cold. The food was low level buffet American Chinese food. I love buffets, but I couldn't stuff myself here with the quality of the food. My Taiwanese partner found the food "sad." I personally would not ever come back here, but I'm glad to see Waverly has a popular Asian business.
