To start with, the person that took my order over the phone was a horrible listener (and honestly kind of rude) me: "Apartment 21" "Apartment 11?" "No, Apartment 21." And then he still write down Apartment 28, luckily our building has no Apartment 21 and we happen to notice our delivery person looking lost in the hallway. The chicken tasted disgusting and old and the pizza was slightly less gross. I wish I had gotten McDonald's instead. Smh

I ordered a thin crust large well done with pepperoni and mushrooms, I didn't receive it ! I ordered a full order of bone in wings, that too I didn't recieve on my initial order. I called them back to let them know, and received the most rudest agent I've ever had in my life and I paid an absorbent amount of $45 for their mistake and rude talking individual on the phone. Ordered bone in wings and a big deal, received the wrong drinks, chunks instead of wings and a burnt pizza. Called in and the night manager I spoke to was very kind , offered a $20 credit with my phone number for the problem. Great service from him. The next day I call in to use the credit, and a woman by the name of Amy was extremely rude. My total came to $30 for a big deal and she informed me that the credit is a discount and can’t be used to get a big deal. I say nevermind then, and she responds with “ it’s only $9 more “ with an extreme attitude. I have the $9 Amy, it’s the principal of paying $30 for a $16 meal. I try to explain this but she’s immediately trailing off and going off, I tell her to calm down there’s no need to get such an attitude before I can even explain, and she continues with rude responses. She then says to call back when the manager I spoke to comes in, I said great and asked when I should call, and she laughs and then refuses to tell me. I try to ask again and explain I just need a general timeframe and she hangs up the call. It is not my fault that my order was wrong, so I can’t justify paying double price for a meal in this situation. It was on them to make it right and they didn’t. Awful customer service, and they won’t get your order right. This is my fourth issue now ordering from them in recent months. Not sure what’s happening but I won’t be returning.

Waited almost 25 min past the 50 min delivery time (which I was told was because they had one driver so I tried to be understanding) then when the driver finally showed up he didn’t even knock and I went to check to see if he was there and saw him standing there and he was on the phone and said “they finally answered the door”. He was rude, the food tasted old and dry and we asked for no ice in our drinks and all the drinks had ice. I won’t be ordering from there again. I could spend the same amount of money at a different pizza place and get the food on time, a correct order and without the attitude.

I can’t believe the disrespect and the audacity to beat on my door when I asked them not to knock. The manager Patrick basically makes up excuses for his employees. I specifically asked them not to knock bc of my child and they knocked any ways. Woke my child up. And then said he knocked because he didn’t get a tip when he actually got a tip!!!!!! And I tipped extra unaware that my husband had already tipped on his credit card. It’s a joke. I ordered TWO separate orders in one night by mistake tipped three times and they knocked BOTH times when after the first time I called only to politely ask them not to knock again and got hung up on… wow. What kind of trashy employees are they hiring? (Even manager Patrick said it was a low level employee who hung up on me and was completely rude and hung up on me again because they were “so so busy”. I will never use them again.

We order from Cousin Vinney a lot. My kids love the pizza and breadsticks. I love the sandwiches. Great food and good price!
BEST PIZZA AT WEST CARROLLTON - OF ALL THEIR LOCATIONS!! This location (usually) cooks their pizza to perfection (got an underdone one a few wks after I originally wrote this review, so will try closer locations next time). I sometimes would drive a half hour out of my way to get it from this location in West Carrollton. Delicious pizza, and is comfort food or just when you want something wonderful. I love to dip it in their ranch dressing, or their garlic butter. I typically get the pepperoni which is perfection, but the other day I bought several pizzas and one of them was the deluxe. Yum. I bought the Deluxe a few days later from a different location, and it just wasn't the same. I love Cousin Vinny's better than other Pizza brands. This location IN WEST CARROLLTON seems to always give the perfectly cooked pizza, not undercooked and Soggy (except for my most recent).

Ordered pizza for pick up. The person taking my order wasn't rude but was distracted. Showed up to get food and order was out for delivery. The manager was in apologized for the mix-up. Made fresh pizzas plus gave me the original ones. Gave me a discount and a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager totally turned what could have been a negative into a positive. Way to act like a good leader!

Took forever for my burnt pizza and burnt wings. then an employee locked the door for someone they had "bad past experiences with" that was behind me. I obviously didn't know they had experience with this guy who was knocking on the glass for like 2 minutes. So i let him in cause i thought he just thought the door was locked. The employee proceeded to give me my order then walk outside with me and tell me "don't open the door for anyone here again" then walked away. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous here. They also tried to claim that I didn't place an order, but I argued until he "saw that i ordered". Come to find out every review on here says they tell everyone that they "didnt get their order."
