We have came to Applebee’s 4 times now to try to be seated. Each time no one looked at us when we arrived and would come up 20 minutes later to tell us the wait time is 40 minutes to an hour. Then, we got seated today. And a food runner, not our server, brought out our food with his whole thumb in our our salads. Then he brought out our entree and had his thumb touching the food. My partner with me could not eat her food because his whole thumb was in it. The serve was great but we wish she brought the food out. We went here a while back and another woman brought us our food with her whole thumb in our food too. I used to be a server, there’s so many more ways to carry a plate than to have your fingers literally in it. To make matters worse, we were sat in the back why the trash can. And we could hear the workers talking poorly of other customers. So unprofessional.

The manager refused to give me a free kids meal that was offered to my daughter as an award for her achievement in schoolHe said that we must set and order to take it ( company policy)Although this is not written on the cardThe only condition written is that we bring our child with usI had to buy her a meal so that she wouldn’t be sad
Don't go here if you have more than one kid that needs a highchair.Went to go get a table today. Was told they couldn't seat us because we couldn't have 3 highchairs, that it was against fire code. We went across the street to Buffalo wild wings, they sat us just fine. Had a great time!

From trying to order to the food, horrible experience! Had to wait 20 minutes for order. Brought home nasty shrimp pasta, dried up pasta. Unable to eat. Husband's food wasn't much better. Never coming back.
Placed an order on line for delivery. Never got a response that the order went through. Tried calling them three times and no one answered. On the fourth try the phone didn’t even ring.

Walked in and the place was maybe 40% full. Told it was going to be a 10 minute wait. The food did come quick. The fish was still frozen in the middle. The second attempt was at least warm, but it was the worst fish I’ve ever had. I never knew there could be tough cod. Waitress had the bill completely screwed up which was unnecessary due to she had just a couple tables. Will never return to this place again.
