Hit the drive through yesterday. The young lady running the drive thru was friendly and smiling. It’s been a long time since the service was actually pleasant. But, it gets noticed.

I never got my food. After ordering with the Arby’s app and receiving a notification that it was ready, I arrived to see no food and a complete meltdown from the manager. If it was just slow service I wouldn’t say anything but the manager was yelling at her younger staff members and blaming them for everything in front of customers while also being incredibly rude to myself and other people waiting for their food. After close to 50 minutes waiting I gave up on the order.

Just went to the drive throughI order fish and chips dinner ordered Mountain dew got to window wrong drink said they didn't have any. I had to buy the dinner to get fries I asked where are the hushpuppies said not at the store, fries were cold tarter sauce was awful. They were so slow and waste of money. I will contact Corporate tomorrow you don't advertise what you have, and sure didn't come in a basket and far from good.

They were horrible, kids playing in the inside climbing over the counter to go in back and the workers said nothing, 2 young guys playing over the food that was in the bag one was rubbing his nose and head, and they thought I wanted the food, I asked for my money back and I left. The Caucasian manger had no control over her staff so sad.

The food was as expected but the staff was rude and the eating area was filthy. We were the only customers when we arrived but had a hard time finding a clean table to eat at. This was at 11:15 AM so this was the way they decided to open the doors.

Wagu burger was not very good at all, the cold roast beef sandwich and fries were not much better. Almost $20.00 for a really bad lunch
