My food was good, but everyone in our group that ordered burgers or wings and fries received cold food. My food didn't come out until the people with burgers and wings were done. Did have a large party and they were able to seat us mostly together.

The wings were good. The fries were cold and soggy, but the waitress brought me some fresh ones without any hassle. Had to search for her when it came time for refills, but otherwise she did a good job.

Why did I walk in to this restaurant tonight, and a heavyset girl with blonde hair with colors throughout her hair, walk up to me, was 100% rude with an attitude and pretty much told me to get out, that they are not serving anybody at the bar and gave me a dirty look? I said oh, I didn’t realize, so I can’t get any food, and she said absolutely not, we aren’t serving anyone else here! It was 9:45 PM and the restaurant didn’t close until 11 PM. That’s fine if they didn’t want to serve anyone else, but you can be a little kinder, and not so rude! I come to this establishment often, and spend a lot of money. They hire just anyone because they’re so desperate and this is the kind of help they get! Time to find a better restaurant to visit.

If you don't completely hate yourself, I implore you to go elsewhere. I'm only granting it two stars to not be glossed over by readers.We waited for our pickup time, went in to check but they needed an additional ten minutes. Okay, no worries. Got the food, got it home five minutes away, and everything is cold and stale. This was during the peak of the rush on a Saturday night when the food was flying out the door hot and fresh. It's anyone's guess what that ten minutes was for. They missed our $8 cardboard tray of onion rings and beverage for our kid. $75 and an evening wasted.So I sit here, stomach in knots, hoping it's not food poisoning and imploring you: stay well clear of this nourishment receptacle if you're not part of their key beer-guzzling demographic.And before the chatbot "owner" comes back to tell me to share feedback on the BWW site, no. I'd rather put you clowns on blast here.

My experience here has been excellent regarding the quality of food and the service. Dakota was my server the past two times there, and he was excellent...very helpful and very kind. The burgers and fried pickles are delicious.
A good few years ago, I went to a BWW and ordered the boneless wings and was quite disappointed that they came out very small. More breading than meat. I tried another in a different city a few weeks later and got the same thing. I decided from then on, to just go elsewhere for my boneless wings. Today, I came to this facility because it was across the street from my hotel. I ordered the boneless wings and was quite surprised. They were nice sized, succulent, juicy, and well made! A real good dining experience. I thanked Steve the Manager for a good meal and will continue to return to BWW.
