CFA Liberty used to be great. Not so much anymore. Beware…They only have 25% order accuracy so if you order anything, check your bags and NEVER order through their app for home delivery. I went through the drive thru a few months ago and paid for a spicy chicken sandwich that I didn’t get. I called the store asking for a refund. They said they couldn’t give me a refund but would write my name down so I could get a free sandwich next time I came in. But today when I went to collect, they said I had only 30 days to get my sandwich. Therefore I’m SOL.The lesson learned here is to open a credit card dispute if something similar happens again.

the food and service are normal for chick-fil-a. the parking lot is a nightmare. if you need to do anything other than use the drive thru, good luck. The spots in the parking lot are always full, however there are always open spots reserved for verizon and the mattress store that are never being used. If all of the parking spots are full, which you can’t tell until you get to the end of the parking lot, you have no room to turn around because they have it blocked off for the drive thru. If you do find a spot and have to walk to the building, there are no pedestrian crosswalks. the parking lot is so small that you can’t even see all of the traffic coming. I truly do not know how this design got approved for such a busy area. please be careful with your kids.

The only issue is that the 2 drive-thru lines do not help each other. If one is struggling to take orders, that line has to wait twice as long

Employees on break. just staring at me made me uncomfortable. Even after I noticed and looked back at them. Kept hawking me.
I went to get my birthday treat. I opted for the brownie which was OK. Nuthin spectacular. I did get an order of nuggets, and I note they added one extra! They are tasty little things. ?Parking: Their preparation for drive thru is amazing. CFA knows how to BE fast food without losing flavor and manners.

Walking into this Chick-fil-A, my expectations were high. Yet, the morale exhibited by the cashier Austin Ante was even higher. From his reassuring smile to his understanding eyes, Austin is what makes this restaurant a home. I will always remember this day at Chick-fil-A. I remember the delicious food. I remember the crispness of my drink. And, most touchingly, I remember the calm, congenial disposition that Austin maintained for the whole experience.

They are making chicken nuggets small, and the size of the piece of chicken on my sandwich is a joke. You pull up and everyone stares at you. Just a poorly ran location. Every other one is way better!

What a joke. Ruined my morning. They used to have different sizes on the frosted lemonade and now they only have a kids cup. Chickfila is really going downhill. So I assume the same for other drinks as well? I might just have to get two of them with the amount of ice they put in it along with the size of the cup. This is a big fat joke. I was so excited to get my lemonade but the size is so ABNORMALLY SMALL.
