I ordered the new cheese bacon tots. was so excited since they look great on the commercial. they came burnt. the toppings were burnt. my pizza was burnt too. I will never go to the West Chester location again! I was planning on ordering pizzas for a party. Not now. I left this complaint on their page the same day. Never heard a word. Guess they don't care .
I use the dominoes app every single time and I’ve never had any issues. Once they forgot my icing for my cinnamon sticks but let’s be honest. That’s not a problem at all. Especially since I order from here every single week for over a year.

I had an emergency on my way to pick up food and ended up being super late. I called and let Domino's know my situation. The staff member waited on me after closing time, my food waiting in the window for me when I arrived. Not all places would have done that.
