We were the only family there and stood at the order line for 20 minutes trying to order a couple pizzas. No one ever acknowledged us. There were plenty of employees looking at us doing nothing but when we asked to place an order they just mumbled something. We left and went to a much better pizza place.

Person at drive through did not know how to split payment. Fair…may not have had to do it before. Manager was not helpful. Had to ask for my 2-liter after he closed the window and wondered why I was sitting there. . Tried to look at everything before we left and had to confirm they combined garlic bread in one box. Got back to eat and they did not provide sour cream and extra pizza sauce that we paid for. Very poor customer service.

Between 15 minutes at the front counter without anyone walking up to ask if I was picking up to another 10 minutes at the drive through window before anyone coming to the window to pull the order, I finally received my half warm pizzas 35 minutes after their pickup time. Judging by the reactions of several other people doing pickups and getting a passive "ok" response when commenting about the neglected wait, this was either the c-squad or an "I don't care attitude." I regret leaving a tip when putting in the order, it was not deserved and I'll have pause on including tips in the future.

The window says under new management, but since then, they have messed up our order the last two times. My wife has gluten allergies, and instead of giving her cauliflower crust, they gave her regular thin crust. Not good.

This is how my pizza was delivered. This is the second time i have had issues from this location.
I waited an hour for delivery then my food was cold didn't receive my hole order and it was delivered threw Doordash when I placed the order directly to the store

Delivery driver shows up with half of the order. Called the restaurant and spoke to Brian, must have been the manager because he was able to offer credit. Never apologized and hung up without settling the issue. Will never order from this establishment ever again.

The pizza wasn't cooked all the way, the edges was burnt, and the toppings was clumped all in the center. The person who took our order had an attitude, and was very rude.

The Works pizza had an overabundance of green peppers and onions, way more than the other toppings.Wife ordered a calzone that arrived with pizza sauce in it. Traditional calzones do not have pizza sauce. Its like they made a pizza then topped it with dough, sealed the ends, and baked it. Either someone made a mistake, or their house recipe for calzones is simply wrong.

I drive farther to get to this Donatos since service is generally terrible at all Donatos. My suggestion is that Donatos leadership order from Domino's to learn about service. I still get pizza at Donatos as I purchased several "charity" discount cards. They never work on-line so I have to present the coupon live. Ridiculous. This experience at this store was the best in years. Congrats to the manager.
