My first time going here was today, and it will be my last. The woman was completely rude when she took the order, snatched the card and she didn't even make my drink correctly after I had to repeat it TWICE. Horrible experience.

I visited this location two times over the last week, placing the same order both times.On the first occasion, the breakfast sandwich and drink I ordered were as expected, but the Boston Kreme donut contained the wrong filling! It was very disappointing since the typical custard is what makes that donut so good!!On the second occasion, the donut was correct (and delicious!). However, the bagel of the breakfast sandwich was chewy like when you get a microwaved Jimmy Dean sandwich from a gas station. Additionally, the iced drink was served with a lid that allows for sipping rather than drinking from a straw and no straw was provided or offered. This isn't a huge deal but it made it difficult to drink while driving and I would've appreciated being made aware of the change being I drove off! Finally, when I was at the drive thru window, I was asked to drive to the front of the store as my drink wasn't ready (vanilla iced coffee), and they then had me wait for 8 minutes. They apologized for the wait, which I appreciate, but offered no explanation. It was particularly frustrating as I had my infant son with me - he gets restless in a stopped car and also I couldn't easily just run into Dunkin to check on my drink.I've loyally visited Dunkin on Cin-Day at least weekly since I moved to the area almost 3 years ago and they are consistently great (maybe they have just set the bar unfairly high and I'm being too critical of this new Tylersville location). I wanted to give this location a chance as it's slightly more convenient on my commute. And to be fair, they impressed me more than the 747/Princeton Rd location! But for now, I'll return to the Cin-Day one.

Though this hot chocolate may look normal, the taste is harder to swallow. This is the 4th time I’ve had issues at this location, and this hot chocolate orders tastes as if someone put a fun sized hersey into a large cup of hot water. Honestly, I’m unable to drink this.?
It’s a Dunkin Donut’s… I mean, come on… how do you have a bad experience at a DONUT SHOP??? How??? Unless the cashier has had a REALLY BAD DAY… in which case, buy THEM a donut… smile returns, life is happy again!Parking: Lots of parking. Busy area though. It’s not the parking that you need to worry about… it’s getting out of there. Cars everywhere! Welcome to Tylersville road in West Chester!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids love donuts, right?

I ordered ahead and they never put my drink on the mobile order station. So I waited , and waited, and waited for someone to acknowledge I was there. Staff walked past me, ignored me, avoided eye contact for a good 15 minutes before someone finally asked if they could help me.

Food and service are great. You should block off part of the drive-thru for cars that do not want to go around the store. Someone turned in the wrong way and then blocked one drive-thru to get to the other, getting in front of me and in the way of the person in the other lane.

I get Dunkin once a week on my way to Dayton for work. This morning (10/18) the guys at the window went above and beyond!! I order ahead every week. This morning, as I pulled around, the gal at the window, and I’m assuming the manager were waiting to tell me that they didn’t have any bagels ready yet, so they offered to make me anything else, no matter the price, to compensate for me not getting my bagel. When I pulled around to get my new order, I realized that I didn’t get my Apple juice, or my bites, so the gal from the window ran back and forth, making sure I got everything.10/5, amazing customer service, and staff going above and beyond. ?
