This is my favorite Dunkin because it is near my home and the team treats me so very kindly like family. The iced coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches are excellent. I try to stop here every day for an iced coffee while I do my daily devotion time.

customer service is terrible. More important to keep the timing in check in drive thru than serving customer. was called ignorant by employee for not wanting to pull up to wait for two coffees with no one in sight behind me. pulled in because they were not busy in drive thru. and I had an appointment. what has happened to customer service?

Love Dunkin. This is my go to location. I've been here dozens of times. They do a great job overall. The line gets long but moves pretty quickly. While I have had a few mix ups over the years, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Not enough cheese for what I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better.
Normally I don't mind this location. Getting in or out is a hit or miss with traffic. Nonetheless today they were off messing up drink orders, not just mine. Even when I decided to go back and get it fixed, it still wasn't right. Might have to try the location up the street. Ugh come on Dunkin I know you can do better!

my bagel was super crunchy and burnt, but i was in a hurry and didn’t have time to stop elsewhere… so i decided to eat it anyways. 3/4 of the way through eating it, i pulled a long hair out of the cream cheese. will not be returning.
