I just ate the freshest plain blueberry cake donut. My husband got one with cream cheese icing on top. They stay open later than most of the donut Shops on the Butler county donut trail. They were our first stop as we got into town too late to start the trail.

Terrible customer service. Phones in orders take presidence over walk ins!!! Both owner and server were completely rude. Will never spend another $1 here. As a walk in customer I was standing there patiently waiting my turn...another lady walked in and the only server there waited on her first....why, because she phoned in her order.. not sure how I was suppose to know! When I questioned why I was ignore well it was because she was a phone in! Ridiculous. After speaking with the owner who did not apologize for not handling the situation properly, she sarcastically told me to have a great day...my response was out if character but definitely heart felt!!! Once again, your server could have asked if it was OK to help that lady before helping me...to leave a customer feeling ignored and notvalued is just poor customer service. Have a nice day!

Came in Sunday morning at 10am on 2/25/24 to get some donuts with my 4 year old son. Been coming for several years and this morning the young woman working was wearing a dinosaur hoodied that read: “Cuntasorus”. If it wasn’t for my 4 year old and a bunch of other children in the store, I wouldn’t care at all (or if this was a bar or nightclub). Other than that, donuts were excellent!

Home of the "cuntasaurus'.....Well, that's the shirt the girl behind the counter was wearing. She was not very pleasant, for such a jolly place. Though all are kids are older and would find it funny. Maybe not so much for Sunday morning and kids all over the place. Coffee was cold donuts wear yummy

I ordered two dozen doughnuts at the counter this morning, and the lovely lady helping me picked a perfect assortment of doughnuts! They were all fresh and delicious - a huge hit at work! I would definitely recommend Holtman’s and will be coming back soon.
