I was happy about this location opening near us. That has been short lived this place is operated by employees that do not care about customer service at all. The past few times in here ha been a joke. This last time today we walked into a dirty and empty store with one employees in sight playing on her phone we could hearthe others joking around in the back. We stood at the counter for 5mins before I asked the only girl we could see if someone was working there today she answered they will be out without looking up from her phone. A simple we will be right with you when we walked in would have been the nice. Do better or close the place.

This location is not good when in to get a sub got my bread soaked in vinegar oil so manager told me to read that shes following the steps mind you im eating it and paying for it sat it on a dirty counter so I GOT chips and pop instead left black lady was so rude I LEFT. Went next door instead will never return to this location for lunch told my customers not to go there.

This is a great Jersey Mike's location! They remember us on our weekly lunch visit, the people are friendly, the food is consistently good, and the store is always clean. If there was an area for improvement, it would be to have more seating on the inside. We would highly recommend this location to anyone who asks.

Ordered Online - only person in the store when picking up my order, Requested special instructions to cut the sandwich and it was not cut at all. Customer service was non-existent and employees started goofing off as soon as we left. Food was good but service and store cleanliness definitely was not.

Cashier (who couldn’t have spoken more quietly if he tried) handled someone’s cash and then immediately handled my sandwich, touching it to cut and wrap it. Never changed gloves. Left the store and just threw the sandwich away. This store is disgusting and poorly staffed.

Say what you will but if you want a good cold cut sandwich made your way- come see Annie, Bailey and Kellen. They??Get??It??Done.I am always warmly greeted and walk in due to this. I have the app, but the customer service experience has me skip that altogether.Just get some horseradish sauce, and we are GOOD. ✊?
My friend gave me an extra sandwich that they purchased from this location. It was a pepperoni sandwich with veggies and cheese. I bit into the sandwich and started to choke on a string. I looked down and I was two bits into the pepperoni and it was stringy. I don't think meat is supposed to be stringy like that. I think they forgot to take the wrapping off the meat. Lol how forgetful can you be to not take the wrapping off of a brand new slab of meat. Not mad but I did choke.

This is the second incident at this location. First they sent the wrong chips last month. I knew there was no way they were out of stock of regular lays. So I drove up there and yes in fact they had them. Customer service from the manager was terrible. I asked for the GM to call and he never did. Today I ordered a giant (Ham) and a regular (BLT). They switched the sandwiches. Completely unacceptable mistakes and carelessness that seems to be a pattern.
