Wow, we were so disappointed at how the place has gone downhill. I've been going there for approx 18 years... this last experience will be my last. I totally understand prices going up, it's just the way it is... but when your food QUALITY goes down, too...... I also understand how hard it is to hire these days.. but at least try to get servers that have a little bit of a clue how to serve / take care of customers. A server shouldn't sling an item on your table after 20 min waiting, and say "sorry if it's cold" and just keep going like that's totally OK for that to happen. ( and probably expected a 20% tip, for all the work he did the 4 times he came to our table) ... We won't be back. Btw, my check was over $150 for 2 people, we usually have a couple drinks each.

My wife and I had carryout here this evening and I was shocked. The food was perfect - it was as hot as a carryout order could be. Our order was accurate and on time. My wife had the wings and a bake potato and I had the ribeye and mash potatoes. We both shared an order of brussels sprouts. All food orders were perfect, but the mushrooms could have been a little warmer. It was a curbside order and they came out immediately after I sent a text that I was there, however no other curbside cars were there. Keep up the good work Longhorn! We hope to see you again very soon.

The food itself was great, I had to send the fish back because it was slightly undercooked but they do have gluten-free options which was nice. The service is atmosphere get one star because everybody seemed miserable and like they wanted to go home. They are pretty strict with if you have a party coming that everyone has to be there before being seated which is fine but make sure everyone is there or you could be waiting for a while. Not sure if the server was just having a bad day but the bad attitudes really just made you not want to be in the restaurant at all. Also, if you go for a birthday just know that they don't sing but they will bring a little dessert out which was nice

Server was great got refills before we even asked, we all got the ribeye medium rare It was super juicy and flavorful the shrimp appetizer was huge definitely a bargain for $12 got me craving more steak just thinking about it!

We usually eat there after lunch hour rush and get the salmon and the ribs. Both are very good and the service is awesome.
