I had noisy kids with me and the cashier was patient and didn't rush us through ordering. Once seated our food came out quickly and everything looked and tasted great.My only complaint is the booth we chose was uncomfortable for me personally, I'm about 5'2 and it felt like I was sitting in a bucket. I would have preferred a wood seat.Vegetarian options: Salads available and willing to accommodate dietary needs.Parking: Parking is accessible, spacious and free.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, menu options available, coloring page with crayons available.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors open wide for access, aisles are wide and plenty of tables are chair-accessible. The bathroom is a little smaller, but there is a larger stall available.

Fake red head with short hair was very rude. Learn how to treat people with decency and respect. Was there to pick up a to-go order and she just walked past me and put the bag on the table behind me. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer when they come in? I was the only one standing by the to-go shelf. Why didn't she ask me what order I was waiting for? Then she could have just handed it to me instead of completely disregarding me. No hello, be right with you, or what order are you waiting for. Learn some manners.

This was our first time at this particular location. We ate inside and my wife got a booth while I paid for our order. I started to sit down with her but notice that the seat had some crud on it from a previous diner. We moved to a different booth. While waiting for our food we noticed that there was a lot of food scraps and litter on the floor. A lady came around to bus a table across from us. Noticed after she left that there was an empty water bottle on the table as well as another on the floor. She seemed to be doing the minimum amount of cleaning she could. The food was typical, but with the condition of the dining room I wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen. We wont be going back.

This is one of my mom's favorite places to go for lunch because she loves their soups and chili. Between the four of us we had a club sandwich with potato salad, a blt & a grilled cheese along with a broccoli cheese soup and a chili. The grilled cheese was not really grilled and didn't have much cheese (see pic) but she dipped it in the soup and she said that made up for it. Everything came out quickly and the staff was so friendly. It wasn't very loud even though it was busy. We had a nice girls day lunch before heading to a movie.

I stopped by this location on my way home at around 6:40 pm. I did a pick two (spicy turkey no bacon, and broccoli cheddar soup). It was pretty busy and I waited patiently not only to place my order but to also wait for my food. I get home only to find there is bacon on my sandwich. I live about 15 min away and after working all day did not want to drive back. So I called only to be told by Kristin, that there is nothing that can be done about it tonight. That I would need to call tomorrow morning at 10:30 ; when the general manager is in. This in my opinion is terrible customer service. I not only had a meal I could not eat but now I need to carve out time during my work day tomorrow, for someone who messed up this evening while on their job.

The staff was amazing, the food was great size portions, and very fresh! Everyone was warm and friendly, and the gal who took our order and checked in on us - was absolutely the sweetest! We travel often and this location spent extra time serving us and making us feel welcome - we would absolutely recommend this McAllister's Deli!

Ordered Santa fe salad without chicken my daughter is vegetarian and charged me the same price$19 for a salad and a cup of soup that was cold lettuce was literally dumped out of the box they could not chop it up just alittleWhat a shame.
