I didn’t have a great experience here today. I asked if they could still make a sandwich that’s been off the menu for awhile. The woman (who I sadly think is the manager) simply said “no”. I was fine with that, asked if they could make something similar. She said “no” again. Also stated it’s a whole new menu. I asked if they have similar ingredients to make something like the sandwich I love. She very rudely stated “once again, whole new menu” and threw her arms in the air towards the menu. I asked if they had anything similar to which she said “no. We don’t even have the bread for it.” Lastly I asked for any suggestions then and she simply said no. I told her I wasn’t going to order bc she was being rude. I come to this location frequently to work but I sadly don’t think I will be back.

We love this Panera at Market pl. The staff is wonderful - very efficient, professional and prompt! I usually pick up through drive through when I'm in a rush, and their service is excellent! The food is delicious, always fresh and yummy! My favorite is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, also the chipotle chicken Avocado sandwich and the grilled cheese with chicken. I also love the interior of the restaurant and the warm ambience.

The chocolate chip cookies from this location were hard as rock. I can go to McDonald's and get better cookies for cheaper. I didn't bother to eat the sandwich either. The only thing that was actually decent were the chips and salad.

This location is terrible. People often come here for quiet place to work but the staff here is obnoxious. My last visit they were yelling, laughing and using profanity in the kitchen. They need to realize the entire restaurant can hear them very clearly. This has happened multiple times at this location and that's why I'm leaving the review.

I ordered 2 pick 2s. I've been eating at this location for a while. While I got all the items I ordered, the new sandwich is pathetic, and I honestly do not think spending 6 dollars is worth it. Ordered two of the same southwest chicken for my partner and I, and look at how small it is! I've never had a panera sandwich be smaller than my hands. I have small hands as it is. The fact they also didn't put hardly any chicken on my partners sandwich is just the icing on the cake with the sandwich being foul tasting. It tasted like a party tray sandwich left out in the hot summer sun with a ton of garlic. I'm going to be driving out of my way to other locations, which is sad because I liked this place.

Zac, the manger, was SO RUDE to me. After someone agreeing over the phone to come back in for a refund and remake (due to an error on THEIR part) the manager Zac refused to do both when we came back. I argued that dairy allergies are serious, and that I will get ill from biting into the hidden cheese, not to mention the inconvenience of having to come back.. he told me I’m lying, to “stop talking” and “don’t come back to the store”. Wow, not a very good hire on Paneras part. Definitely not Manager material to act so ignorant. They seriously dont care about dietary restrictions or the customers.
I guess I should have read all of the reviews.. I use to go to another Panera location and finally stopped because the quality is not there... and I guess this location follows their lead. Don’t bother going to this location..

Sad that Panera used to be such a pleasant experience. But any more it's consistently disappointing.They don't even wipe tables anymore.Tonight I decided to try this new Terriaki Chicken bowl...Came out looking nothing like the picture...A few (5) small peices of sliced broccoli, etc...And the re-make was no better.Panera used to be be excellent, these days - Mediocre.

One of the worst run Panera locations I have been to. Everytime I go through the drive through, it takes almost twenty minutes with only one other car in front. The staff seem clueless and always mixes up orders or prioritizes rapid pickup orders over those in the drive through or ordering at the counter. The last time I stopped through, I ordered a pepperoni flatbread and what they gave me was horrible. They appeared to leave the cheese almost completely off and just quickly and haphazardly added the sauce and a few globs of cheese and pepperoni. Needless to say it's a bit ridiculous after such a long wait. Its clear that whoever owns this location doesn't know what they are doing or seem to care how incompetent the staff is.

Not sure if Mindy is a manager or what but she should try to find a job where she works in a cave by herself. To point the finger at the DoorDash driver for missing 25% of the order is a poor excuse. Panera’s “quality” process is to verify the order for accuracy and then tape the bag shut. Absolutely no respect or consideration was given by Panera employees.

The Teriyaki chicken and broccoli warm bowl was pathetic - don't believe the picture - there's 4 small pieces of broccoli.The pepperoni flatbread used tomato soup for the sauce. It wasn't good.The Caesar salad was ok, the croutons were chewy.The creamy tomato soup was good.The $44 price tag for this meal was crazy, we could have had a better meal at Red Robin for $44.Parking: Too many take out parking spots
