This is by far the best penn station i have been to by far! The customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and also the food! Big shout out to Tony and Tanner and the rest of their staff!!!
Each time whether we’ve ordered online or in person they do not listen to our orders and they put whatever they want on our subs. Last time they put mayonnaise on all of our subs - their Italian one which is supposed to have oil&vinegar, the NO condiments one, the one that is supposed to have ranch. The order before they refused to put just oil on our sub and instead put mayo and avocado even though we didn’t ask for that.

I visit this Penn Station once a week on my lunch break & I am never disappointed. They have good customer service skills & always serve me a delicious meal. I recommend this location because the people working here are friendly & make me feel welcome.

If I could give it a 10 star rating I would. This place needs to teach all the other Penn stations how to make food and how to treat customers absolutely amazing no other Penn station taste like this place.

Don't waste the money on the extra steak. Tiny subs here, also 15 minutes wait for a timed order no good. Sandwich wasnt bad. Just smaller than you'd expect for extra

The layout leaves a bit to be desired but that's not the fault of the folks who work there. The food is awesome and the service is ok.The only feedback I have is if you go in as far as a half hour away from closing, they've already started closing up shop, so you can't eat inside. I was planning on eating in with my granddaughter within the 30mins it was still open. Instead, we had to take it to go. While I was waiting for our food, another gentleman came in and asked if he was still able to order. There was still a good 25mins until close at this point. But from the interaction I saw, it seemed like they were doing him a favor by taking his order at that time.I dont know if that is a requirement by the franchise owners? If it is, I would say that a one off of staying open an extra 5mins every now and again, and maybe re-wiping a table down shouldn't be that big of a deal. Idk, maybe the employees had something going on that particular night...I know this... They make a great sandwich, so I'll continue to go! ?
