I placed a mobile order this morning. I waited until the estimated ready time (actually a minute later than that) to pick up my order. When I came around to the window there was a woman who I assume was a supervisor or in management that confronted me about using the mobile app. Basically told me if I didn’t know how you use it the correct way that I needed to wait to place my order when I get to the store. They should get rid of the estimated ready time in the app if that’s not what you go by. I would also like to note that I was the only person in the drive thru and she had my drinks in her hand ready to go as she was giving me a hard time about my arrival time.

My wife and I had specialty drinks here this morning. This team was on the ball. Drinks were ready before you could get to the drive-thru window. Hats off to them for turning around orders quickly and accurately knowing customers are on their way to school or work. Way to go team! My wife and I appreciate you. See you tomorrow.Thank you!PS - Hats off to whoever the manager is of this store - great job, greater team.

I'm really disappointed in the new atmosphere. Not enough room at busy times for anything coming inside and because so the line outside I think had gotten longer.

Not sure why this location took out seating inside and outside. It's the first Starbucks I have seen without seating. They even made the inside so much smaller where it gets crowded in the front when ordering and waiting for your drinks. They basically made this location a drive thru only.

No place to sit inside. It's about as warm and inviting as a pharmacy. They even took out their outdoor seating.

I used to stop at this Starbucks regularly before their construction but ever since they reopened, I have been thoroughly unsatisfied. The new design is meant to increase turnover- there is one table, no bathroom and rarely an employee at the front register. The general vibe is “take you order and get out,” making the atmosphere super unappealing and a good way to make the customer feel unappreciated. Today I ordered a mobile order while I was sitting at traffic light, as I do to check that the items I want are in stock, as they are regularly out of items I want. I decided to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru and upon giving my name, the employee told me I should wait 10min before trying to pick up a mobile order and seemed annoyed that I was trying to pick my order up soon (I understood it might not be ready as I just placed the order but thought it would be no different than ordering at the speaker). They asked me to pull around front and come inside. Normally I have my two young children with me and this would’ve made me extremely upset as I would’ve had to get them out of their car seats and carry them inside (in the rain) to get my drink that I already sat in the drive thru to wait for and would’ve preferred to wait for it in my car, as that is why I chose to use the drive thru in the first place. There was one car in front of me and this is just bewildering to me because I don’t understand why my ordering through the app and waiting for my item like the car in front of me. I’ve never experienced issues ordering through the app and picking up in the drive thru at this location in the past or at any other location. When I got inside I asked the person who handed me my drinks why I couldn’t have just waited in the drive thru and he said because my drinks weren’t ready yet. I’m not sure if this has to do with a timer they have on turnover of cars in the drive thru but regardless this is not how you treat customers. It was bad enough that corporate made the new layout of this location in a way that made it clear they did not want customers to be there any longer than it takes to grab their items but for the employees to also treat me differently than someone who just orders at the drive thru just seems ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very long wait time for a mobile order, the staff was also very rude about it.

Just moved to this area so now this location is my new local Starbucks. The staff here provides friendly and fast service and so far Halle (?) is my favorite. The one with the piercings lol thanks for the good vibes and great drinks!

Not loving the new update very much. Service is great as always, but there is no place to sit and enjoy yourself after ordering a drink or something to eat.

This is a very busy Starbucks, yet the workers there tend to do a great job. There was often customers hanging out outside on the patio and always a few folks inside working on their laptops and providing a small but nice little neighborhood hub. Well that's all been stripped away with the new "cafe" layout a recent remodel has introduced. Cafe must be french for there's not a restroom you can use and if you want to sit down, it's going to be on the floor. I'm happy that the commons area they took away from the customer will give the workers more room and I assume this will help make the Starbucks drink and food offerings more consistent, but it's just further erosion of even the most basic things of retail homeliness like a place to sit and a place to use the bathroom. It's an absolute embarrassment for a large company like Starbucks who do typically provide a small little niche of a commons area in a neighborhood to not understand that and strip it away without an explanation.
