Me and my wife stopped by this early morning at 12:20 on 4/24 and the young man that took are order was very nice and respectful and the food was fast and the freshest I have ever had from Taco Bell. That’s for the great experience and the manager definitely needs to be training the other locations.

Taco Bell is the most amazing dining establishment in the history of ever. Plus it's close to the waffle House so your breakfast and lunch needs are taken care of! Win win

Food was awful. Cinnamon twists tasted like old oil, cantina chicken tacos were smashed and hardly any filling. The cheese roll ups had about 10 shreds of cheese. I do not recommend. I won't be visiting taco bell anymore. Way too expensive for nothing. My whole family is still hungry after just spending $30.

I come through the drive thru almost every friday and usually this one kid is working, he said his name was Jaice. I usually have to repeat my order to him multiple times, a few times he’s even put my receipt and card in my bag of food!! Most times when I pull up to the window I see him eating food, being on his phone, and being very unprofessional. It usually takes him awhile to get my food out, he’s too busy on his phone to realize my food is done! He is also very impolite, he doesn’t tell me to have a good day, doesn’t smile, and it seems as he is mad that I am there. I usually love coming to this Taco Bell but I will not return after this continuous lapse of disrespect!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! If I could contact headquartersright now, I would! . I even sat in my car for a moment and thought about calling the cops. I am absolutely livid. I ordered $50 dollars worth of food at 8:27 pm for a hungry group and sat in my car until it said it was "ready" at 9:00. I of course expected a delay with that much food and also why I ordered online out of respect. However, as soon as my order said it was "ready", (after refreshing my order and logging back in multiple times) I went in to get it and Noone knew where it was and then said "this order was done forever ago and we must have handed it out" I said " as soon as my tracking showed ready I came in to get it!" "And how do you accidentally hand out $50 worth of food?" They got spnarky and said " we can remake your order or give you a refund" I said "well I obviously want my order because I have hungry kids" During this time I was explaining the situation above, there was a man named David who made his name very clear and absolutely deserves to be fired! He got soooooo rude after mumbling under his breath to his co workers and after I asked what he was saying and explaining that I was aloud to be upset he blantenly said " I DON'T CARE and I would get a refund" I then asked for his name and he said "DAVID LOWE AND I DON'T CARE!" Wow!!The nerve!! Seriously blown away! This absolutely did not need to get to this point and I was totally okay with them just "remaking" my order but David Lowe took it elsewhere. I better get a refund!

The owner was Rude and yelled at me, the customer because I complained about a steak burrito that he made with two of the Tiniest pieces of steak in this So called “ steak burrito “ He’s disrespectful to woman of opinion. He Over talked me and told me to Shut up!I will continue to tell everyone that I know how Rude he is and how Horrible the Food is. Taco Bell used to be Lots Better and it would Prosper If this Man was a Loving Godly man. But, Unfortunately, he is Not!

Every time I try to go through the drive through at this location, they are never able to serve me. The computers are almost always “having problems.” Just save yourself the drive and stay home.

I love taco bell, I'll get that out of the way, this is nothing about Taco Bell as a whole or other taco bell restaurants. This is about this particular taco bell in particular. This taco bell has got to be the worst taco bell in Ohio. I have never ever received an order that was correct from this location. I honestly have given them so many chances, but they don't seem to be able to complete any order correctly. If you order something customized, you're throwing money away because they're not going to add the onions or replace the beef with chicken. You're getting the default no matter what. That wouldn't be too much of an issue if they could get the order correctly if you only ordered default items, but I guess a chalupa is the same thing as a crunchy beef taco to them despite the not insignificant price difference. To add insult to injury, all of the staff here is rude as heck and when you ask for the sauces that you paid for that somehow didn't end up in the bag but ended up on the receipt, you get attitude and two sauces. The worst part is that you know the order is wrong in the bag anyway so it's kind of an exercise in futility. I will exercise my right to count the number of items in the bag because I know you missed one, and I shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience because I asked for the item you forgot to put in the bag that I paid for. When you do get the correct item, despite this being a rare occurrence, it's usually extremely poorly made. Mexican pizzas that look like they've been drop kicked across the store, tacos that are somehow fused to their paper wrappings and quesadillas that appear to have been sat on by an elephant are the norm for this location.I'm posting this review because there's no other recourse for me to report these shortcomings to taco bell corporate and get the money back for wrong, unfulfilled and poor quality orders. If you want taco bell, the one on 747 and the one on Kemper by tricounty are both much better options.

This tacobell needs to get its act together. The service is terrible. Food is usually cold and the employees have the biggest attitudes. The manager needs to freakin tell them if they don’t like working there, they should find a different job. There’s no point in making someone else day bad if you are having a bad day.I went today for lunch, starving, trying to grab a quick lunch and your worker (who was talking super slow for some reason) had the biggest attitude when I was order food. Sorry I like my food a certain way and I am paying you for it. Don’t like it, then you’re in the wrong freaking place. I only asked for no lettuce on spicy potato soft taco , and chipotle sauce and jalapeño peppers on cheesy bean and rice burrito when this woman started giving me an attitude and saying dumb things. Half of them were gibberish. I think the manager needs to figure this out ASAP.In any case, I will never be returning to this tacobell ever.

Forced people using the drive through to come in the store so they could keep their drive through times artificially low. And the food was poorly made. Got a couple breakfast burritos which have nacho cheese on them. Both of them had no nacho cheese in 95% of the burrito, just a tiny squirt at one end. As someone who spent over a decade in fast food I would have been completely embarrassed to provide food and service that was so poor, even if we were short staffed. Still gotta put out a quality product, else why should people ever spend money with you?

Are you kidding me?!?! The woman in the window could not graduate a 1st grade class. Totally messed up my order and then told me to drive back around instead of fixing the problem. I am so sick and tired of lazy uncaring people. You screw up, just fix the problem. Where is management in this place? Your employees could care less and it's cause you don't demonstrate that you expect them to care. Absolutely frustrating and a waste of my time and money!!! Do better!!

Again this is another one of those places where you just question yourself as to why you even went there to waste your money in the first place. It had been a while since I've been to Taco Bell, so I thought maybe they had a new crew maybe the food might actually be good by now.. I couldn't have been more wrong. Your cashiers never want to actually listen to your customers, I'm sure you all have a lot of food waste because they don't listen to us. I know I tried handing back my entire bag because they had lettuce and tomato all over it after I had already said probably four times give or take that I wanted it with no lettuce no tomato, I get to the second window the lady's abrupt and very rude hanging me my food and shoving me basically just right on down and out of your house driveway. I get it, there are other customers that need to be served in the driveway, but when I even check behind me to make sure there is nobody else behind me, cuz it was like two something in the morning, I was still being rushed up out of there as if my order and the money I just gave did not matter at all. I want to go park and check out my food because even though she said everything was okay and there was no less tomato on there I checked it anyways. I'll be damned if there wasn't let us and tomato on everything!¡!
