The waitress with blue hair was not only friendly, but fast. She made my oder because the cook was outside. Sausage and eggs were good...she did well. Personally I like her hair!!! Pretty!!

This is the fastest, cleanest, friendliest Waffle House around. Sierra was our waitress and was so kind, patient, and helpful. We went around 10:00 AM on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table to become available and clean. Food only took another 5 minutes to cook for our family. Exceeded expectations!

Me and my family walked in on a Sunday breakfast trip and we could tell the place was busy. But none the less we were seated and cared for with haste and a smile, the servers and managing staff were so polite with upbeat and friendly attitudes! I would definitely recommend taking your family to this location for a quick and wonderful breakfast!Kid-friendliness: Great with kids!

Where to begin? What a meal! The food was on point. I got the all star subbed in hash browns, got bacon and added a waffle. The waitress was nice and the cook was cool af. He talked to us and cooked everything quick and happily at 1am. My gf got a waffle bacon and a biscuit. The biscuit was kinda smokey but that was just because we was making a lot at once. I would definitely come back.

I would give zero stars if possible. Tiana and Steve are extremely rude. When we got home only 1 of our 3 meals were correct. We reviewed the receipt and this location is charging 10% for "Togo supplies" and adding an extra 20% for a Togo tip, even though we had already tipped on top of it because we weren't expecting them to add one. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and never have I ever seen a mandatory tip added to Togo orders unbeknownst to the customer....last I checked tips are OPTIONAL. This Waffle House has gone to shit, pay attention to your bill folks!! Or better yet go across the street to ihop, better service better food!

I came with my 7 year old son, my 8week old son, and my fiancé. We ordered, got drinks, and left unattended for the duration of our eat. No refills. Forgot our waffle. We don’t ask for anything premium, just basic service and manners. The biggest part? We are the only ones here eating! So it’s not busy. We tip regardless it’s just been unpleasant experiences in the west Chester area. It’s exhausting especially the fact that we live here. If you want Waffle House. Go to another location. Waitress is Kristi.
