White Castle use to have a reputation for being open when all others were closed. Unfortunately this location is never open! Drive by fir late dinner... 7:45 pm, on Monday evening... no lights, no service no food. My husband use to run through for breakfast, but now they don't open until 11 am.... Again if they do then. How can you stay in business when customers can't rely on you?

I ordered my food at the drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was very nice and professional. When I arrived I paid for my order and not too much longer my food was ready. I got the fish nibblers and mozzarella sticks. Both were fresh and hot and very delicious. I will be coming back!!

It's not a good thing when you walk into a fast food place, there's no other customers and the staff can't agree on who is going to take "The order". That said sliders were prepared well, but I doubt I'm going back any time soon.
Bad choice for temporary hours. You are White Castle…you hang your hat on being open all the time. Don’t pick WC as your business if you aren’t going to be like the rest.

Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 6:41. I go in at 6:37 no one even acknowledged my existence until about 6:50 even though they saw me standing there. Told them I was here to pick up an order, didn’t leave with my order until about 7:10. There were plenty of staff so staff wasn’t an issue. Nice people though but acknowledge EVERYONE not just the ones in the drive thru and have things prepared.

We were there Saturday Nov. 26 around 7:15pm. Only one car in parking lot, no one in drive-thru.Everything was perfect. Food couldn't have been fresher if I'd picked it off the grill myself. Service was quick, courteous, and accurate. Absolutely nothing to complain about.I've never really had any issues whenever I've stopped here, but this time was above and beyond expectations. Thought we might get less than fresh food as the restaurant was empty. But everything was great. Staff did an exceptional job.
