If you want real smoked barbecue that cooks for close to 18 hours low and slow, Then check this place out! Their brisket will blow your mind and the onion rings are darn near perfect.
I'm glad my co-worker found out about this amazing food truck. During the summer we try to go down there once a week to eat some delicious BBQ. The brisket and smoked turkey is juicy. The prices are pretty reasonable. You can get a sandwich, side and drink for $10. Make sure you check the menu before going because some offering change but everything is pretty good.

Tried your Big Pig pizza at the Ox Roast today. Wow!!! Delish!!! Not exactly what I go to carnival/festivals for, as far as food goes ... But this is NOW on my list at the Ox Roast!! Thanks for my first wood fired pizza!
