This is the worst McDonald's I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to eat at. Out of the 6 times I have gone through the drive thru not once has my order been correct. And once the guy argued with me about what *I* ordered. So I stopped in after a year of swearing this location off and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and received a biscuit with a half piece of cheese, a little bacon, and no egg.I don't have time to deal with things like this in the morning on my way through, especially after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, so I didn't ask for a correction. It was very disappointing and frustrating.

$22 is a bit too much to be paying for just six sausage egg and sandwiches.There's just no excuse to triple the price when your ordering through the drive-thru wherever the counter without the app.It's just not this location for practically every location does it.Springfield McDonald's will give you the same prices that the app offers over the counter or through the drive-thru.

Came in around 8:30-8:45 pm Tuesday, December 12. Lady taking our order was SUPER nice. Manager was rude. While all of the other employees were sweeping and doing their nightly cleanup duties, she sat down and played on her phone. When confronted by an employee why she isn’t helping, she said “I’m a manager, all I do is tell people what to do!” People with that attitude have no place in management, I hope the franchisee takes appropriate action.

Nuggets weren’t good and the cheeseburger was sub par. Literally had to throw two of the nuggets away cause they were so burnt. Usually McDonald’s are pretty consistent food wise no matter which one you go to but this one was a miss for me.

This place is a joke. Me and my friend ordered 3 hash browns,1 small orange juice and a sausage biscuit. Got the orange juice was told to pull around to the parking spots and wait on biscuit and hash browns. Waited 15-20 minutes and nothing not one worker came out at all. We decided to leave. Not busy at all cars were coming in as we waited but wow ridiculous. Seen about 5-6 cars get there food and leave. Why even pull up to there when the order doesn’t have an outrageous amount of items ? And not busy??? SMH ?♂️

Got my order wrong the first time, Ok no problem. Then the ENTIRE staff proceeds to ask for my order, and somehow still get it completely wrong 2 more times. I just took the food and left. Had to throw it away because I dont even like whatever they gave me.

The restaurant always seems to have full trash that are always overflowing. Many of the tables are dirty. Cold fries were on the floor and they had no straws at the soda dispenser. Last time I was here the place was a wreck and there were 4 employees sitting around doing nothing. If you want cold food in a dirty environment then the West Jefferson McDonald's is for you.
