Sandwich was put together correctly. I asked to have it warmed up and it wound but being toasted.I called when I got home and said I didn't ask for it toasted. The worker said they would take my name and give me another one.I went to get one and was told manager said not to give me one. She said sub was correctly made. EXCEPT FOR BEING TOASTED AND NOT WARMED UP. Big thumbs down to the MANAGER

It's a subway the kid behind the counter was on it there was no line it was like 2 but it's also West Unity so is the line really ever long? I don't know just asking I guess anyway I don't really like subway but it's what was avaliable and it was good so ehh. Not sure what we will do on our next trip on the Wabash Cannonball trail but this was our last stop walked here from county rd 17 (it's about 3.2 miles the next leg looks like 6.6 might have to find a break pont)

I have had good and bad experiences here. Lately, it has been bad. I have been served by a woman, I believe is named Andrea, multiple times. She is very rude. Plus lately the lettuce has been brown. I have to ask for new vegetables after lunch time and get treated differently as soon as I ask. I also watched one of their employees, not working at the time, put on gloves and touch her phone, and then put her hands in the prepared food for customers and make herself a sandwich....read full review
