Manager on duty looked at us and didn't seat us just walked away. Stood there for 5 minutes and finally a waitress came over and seated us. She apologized for the wait and told us they were given orders to not seat people by the manager luckily she didn't listen to her. The manager was just talking and not doing her job. We won't be back.

I ordered the Honey Butter Biscuit and chicken dinner. It was dry except where the pad of butter sat. When cut into the dark dry coating fell off leaving a flat chewy piece of chicken. Potatoes barely done but browned. With a $3 drink this meal was not worth the $17 plus they charge. Arnold Palmer tea was very good. Pictures below what was expected and what was served.

Disappointed with service. Between lunch and dinner, 3-5 seated tables, 2 visible servers, someone in kitchen and a manager. Yet most struggled to have our order taken, receive coffee (forgot about a refill), Togo box, even pay check. It’s as if we were invisible. However, we could hear them talking in the back.

Food was good! Wait staff was nice! The only issue was that it took a while to be seated and the place did not seem busy. However, they told me it was because they didn’t have many people working there, so they were trying their best. My friend and I enjoyed our time there tho, so that is all that matters. :)

Seated really fast on a Saturday and our waitress was nice and attentive! Food came out at a decent pace but felt like it was under the heat lamp for a bit. This is a small Bob Evan’s restaurant so you might feel a little closed in. But overall, good experience and will be back!

The service was great! But definitely some complaints.The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting they smelled SO bad, almost like a porta john. Which is concerning for a restaurant.I ordered a skillet and had to drain at LEAST 1/4 cup of grease. It looked like a soup of grease with eggs, potatoes and gravy. Ended up only eating a few bites and filling up on toast. Super bummed, as that’s usually my favorite breakfast item.

For us this is one of your best locations! Great management makes all the difference and it shows here! Excellent service, our food was great - it was a very relaxing meal for both of us! Kudos to higher leadership for bringing in exemplary in store leadership!
