The Chicken Fried Steak nearly carried the weight of this review all by itself, but indecided to dial it back & give a more overall review. The cfs was impeccable, bar none! I am not a sausage link lover, but the flavor was perfect. The gravies, both brown & white, were awesome, as well. The hash brown tasted freshly shredded, while the mashed tasted instant. The pancakes were inedible & I've ventured to eat some of the absolute worst foods. They were fully cooked but tasted goopy & un-done. Overall, looking forward to our next visit.

We waited one hour and still didn't have water. We received our food after an hour and a half of waiting. My grandson never was served. After 2 hours he just took his chicken sandwich to go. The mashed potatoes for the baby was so late that we finally had to give her a bottle. The manager did tell us after waiting an hour that he was going to go help man the grill. We will NOT be coming back.

Service is extremely slow even though there are typically waiters/waitresses behind the counters talking and laughing.Greetings, accurate wait times and quicker service is much needed. With our last visit, we ended up leaving after a half hour because of the poor service and lack of transparency on when we would be seated.

I ate at the restaurant yesterday, February 5th and tried their new grilled chicken with avocado and corn and black beans which was awesome. Great new addition to the menu. The general manager, named Rocky and assistant GM, Ali, both visited our table and were extremely friendly and professional. Keep up the good work and I’ll be back next week for my chicken

I ordered the chicken mashed potatoes, corn apple pie. Whoever made the gravy today put a foot in it. It was so good. The food was on point to the point I had to call and tell the manager to tell the cook they did a good job. Everything was immaculate.

After having to 45 minutes to get seated even though there were at least 15 empty tables not being used, we then had to wait or an hour and 20 minutes to get our food order. Which by the way was wrong when we got it. I had to constantly go and find server to get anything we needed ie drink refills, extra napkins, etc. Nice staff just definitely short staffed and overextended.
