When I came across Chen’s kitchen through Google’s recommendation, I wasn’t looking for anything in particular. I decided ordering entrees for me and my girlfriend. We both enjoyed the food immensely. The General Tso’s chicken was nice and spicy, white rice was just right and my girlfriends Pad Thai was just the way she likes it, she said. The sweet donuts were amazing. Customer service was top notch.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time.. AWESOME!! CHICKEN EGG FOO YOUNG & HOT AND SOUR SOUP = WOW! Totally will re-order in the future, will probably try all of the other stuff on the menu as well but that's definitely a safe bet.

Legit best take-out joint in town. Food was delicious, nice and hot. Their lo-mein noodles are thick, and firm not mushy and thin like most places, and their beef is killer. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We love Chen's Kitchen! We get food from them about once a week, sometimes more. One of the items we like is Happy Family. The dish is always stocked full with plenty of meat and vegetables, a good value for the money.We usually call ahead and pick it up. The food is always ready when they say, and we never have to wait. The food is always hot.Today when I called the phone went to voicemail. When we arrived at 3:30, I found out they open at 4. She said the phones open at 3:30. I had called at 3:15. But, even though they were still closed, and she was the only one there, she made our order. I appreciate their high level of customer service.

Even without a pandemic actively happening, it is not safe to eat here. I watch an unmasked employee, while taking a customer's order, rub his hands on his face multiple times. I mean palms open, all the way up and down his face, touching the eyes, nose, and mouth.When I asked him to wash his hands before handling my to go order, he ignored me and walked in the back to help the other employee bag up orders. I asked him again to wash his hands and he ignored me again. So I told him he needed to cancel my order and refund me my money.He asked me why. I told him that I was uncomfortable eating there because he did not wear a mask or wash his hands. He told me that he used hand sanitizer in the car before he arrived. I told him that that didn't matter to me since I watched him touch his face multiple times since then.He finally agreed to cancel my order. I asked for a receipt to show that I would be refunded. He told me that credit card information would be entered manually upon pick up and showed me the print out with my credit card information on it. So not only are they not safe in regards to health and safety, they are putting your personal information at risk when they take your credit card information for online orders.

One of the best fried rice ever. Tasted clean, didn't stink of rancid oil. Got the spicy thai. My truck didn't smell like grease after.
Loving this place! Just tried for the first time two weeks ago and ordered again tonight. Spoke with one of the workers and he says that they're under new management. Whatever they're doing seems to be working amazingly! We have tried the pineapple chicken, spring rolls, miso soup, and wonton soup. Out: of. This. World. Check it out!

We were at Draft Room nearby and wanted to get takeout to go home. This place has one of the better vegetarian selections for Chinese food in the area. I got the General Tso’s tofu and it was really good! Sauce was a little spicy but not too much. Asked for fried rice instead of white rice. The fried rice was a little lacking but that seems to be the norm now. Overall would recommend and will go again!

Ordered veg egg roll, chicken egg roll, spring roll, crab Rangoon, fried dumpling, radish cake, Hong Kong pork wonton soup, pepper steak, and sesame chicken. This was take out with a 15 min drive home. Food was still piping hot. My husband like the egg rolls but we both were not fans of the spring roll or crab Rangoon. Spring roll was bland, and crab Rangoon was sweet to me and didn't have crab meat in it. Fried chicken dumplings were good, sauce was a little spicy on its' own but with the dumplings mellowed the heat a lot. Radish cakes were good but didn't have hoisin sauce with it, but they still were good. Hong Kong Pork Wonton soup is good. I always prefer this style over normal wonton soup. This style is more traditional and is like comfort food to me. Pepper steak was good, better than other places I have had. I didn't like the Sesame chicken but my husband did. To me it reminded me of sweet and sour chicken. For us, this place offers a few things that other places don't offer which makes them a little more unique over other places. Staff was very nice and friendly. We would go again.
