Brought my whole family here thought to try something new. Was greeted on entry by the manager. He was very friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. The Brisket sandwich was great. My kids got the ribs and those were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend.
The guy expediting was a little touchy about me pouring my own sides of bbq sauce. Maybe a good Stuart..but lighten up Francis... pulled chicken is ? brisket is also really good ? ?

We ordered a family pack to go. When we got home we realized they forgot our cornbread. We called & said we'll come back to pick it up. Immediately I was greeted & offered me a dessert. The manager came out& said 4 minutes on the cornbread. (I didn't mind, fresh cornbread, yes please). She asked if I wanted an additional side dish. Since my husband called initially, they told him they'd put money in my rewards. Which they did. $20!!!! The entire experience was above& beyond. They fixed the order in a timely fashion& then some! Thank you so much city bbq! Customer for life!

The manager (Trina I believe) was absolutely WONDERFUL. I own an elderly companion care business and decided to take one of my clients there for a quick dinner. Trina greeted us with a wonderful smile. She was so sweet and patient with my elderly client. He is a retired marine and she went above and beyond for him buying his dinner. We were so touched and will definitely go back to visit her! Thank you for your patience and hospitality, Trina.
