Truly the best. They gave won numerous awards this year but its the creaminess and deliciousness of their gelato and the creative flavors that they make onsite... no other ice cream related shop does it better than they do.... and not just cutting up candy bar pieces and cookies and throwing them in. They deserved winning the best ice cream shop in OHIO award this year from Food and Wine magazine as well as from Taste of Home and the Wall Street Journal.

My pregnant wife and I were on our way to Meijer for a spur of the moment chocolate cake when I saw this Gelato place so we stopped here instead. We are both lactose intolerant so I got the mango Sorbetto and she got the Strawberry which was not on display but only in the back. They both tasted great and reminded me of when I studied art history in Florence. We mentioned that we were stopping in here instead of Meijer and the owner gave us a small container with sample pieces of their chocolate cakes for free! I haven't seen kindness like this in a long while and was pleasantly surprised by his hospitality.We'll definitely be back with the baby!

My friends and I happen upon this gelato shop after going to dinner next door.The shop is setup as a cute ice cream parlor and there is a sign that says gelato vs ice cream and explains the differences. I didn't know that gelato is lower in calories, fat and carbohydrates. This shop has cups of ice cream, cones, pints, and shakes.I was able to try four different gelatos, including Stracciatella (my favorite), Cookies and Milk, Cookie Butter Crunch and Bourbon Pecan. All amazing flavors and I cannot wait to come back and try more.Definitely come out to this gem of a shop and try the amazing gelato. I appreciate the fact that I didn't feel very full or overwhelmed with sugar. I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely amazing. The pistachio is so good and the chocolate is rich but not overly so. The prices are reasonable for it being a standalone made in house shop. One of my new favorite places for frozen sweet treats! If you are on the edge of whether or not to visit, I urge you to try it at least once.

I had read an article about the best ice cream spots in central Ohio, and even though they are technically not ice cream, Coppa Gelato topped the list. We recently went there, and now we know why! The flavors like Strachiatella, Cookie Butter Crunch, Triple Chocolate were amazing. My husband was so impressed, he told me to write this review.The owner was so friendly, and gave samples of anything we wanted to try. Check this place out in Westerville—next to Napa Kitchen. It will not disappoint! AND gelato has half the calories if ice cream! Win, win!
