Went to this Donatos location at 861 N State St, Westerville, OH. We are not local to this areas. We ordered (at the front desk upon arrival) a large pepperoni and sausage. The second pizza let me tell you. We ordered the works pizza. Simple, right? We proceeded to our table to sit down and wait for our food. Pizza comes nice and quick. We get the large pepperoni and sausage we ordered. The works however, did not arrive. Instead, the lady sets down large pepperoni, sausage, shaved ham, and bacon pizza. Out of confusion with my wife we tell the worker we ordered the works pizza. She states that this is "our" version of the works or "supreme" pizza. We have ordered many times the works pizza from Donatos and is certainly was not it. We went with the flow and said no more to this clearly, uniformed staff member about what pizza is what on their own menu and the place they work for. THE WORKS pizza toppings are: pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, yellow onions and mushrooms. Train the staff better so they know what the hell they are talking about and what is on their menu and which pizza is which. Complete nonsense and fools working there.

Every piece WAS NOT important in this case. Half the order arrived, cold, barely cut, no condiments (e.g., sour cream). We have ordered and enjoyed Donatos for years. This time--such a disappointment. We'll order from one of the other 10 pizza places in our neighborhood next time.

Was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Tried to pick up and they hadn’t even started the order and was told it would be half hour longer. Online ordering was terrible and confusing so that was why we called in the order. We have had many problem with this location over the years. Probably won’t go back. Also the pizza was not very good. Burnt and very dry.

This Donato's DELIVERY service is the worst ever. Their delivery people just set the food outside on the ice cold sidewalk and don't even ring the doorbell. Other times, they ring the doorbell then get very angry and belligerent if they don't feel that their TIPS are large enough (even on top of the ridiculously high delivery charges). Sometimes they use their own staff and sometimes they use DoorDash without asking you. I have spoken to various managers there numerous times. All they do is make stupid excuses. NEVER order delivery from Donato's. Ever.

They have great workers and delivery drivers. You have to know what to order though because you can be disappointed here. The subs are solid, if you get pizza only get the thin crust (thick and hand-tossed are consistently doughy and have too much sauce), and avoid the calzones.

My husband took me Saturday night 8:00pm, the dining area was very nice, the waiter was great. The female kitchen help was LOUD & rude. I asked for my sub to be cut in 1/4's, I could here every word she said regarding my request. I normally do not get upset but Tracy's comment was " What , I did not say anything bad, they can come talk to me" , at this point I asked if she was a manager, she is not. I found it very rude for the volume & tone that was being used with patrons dining in.

Love that Donato’s is locally owned, but the food is the same great quality no matter the location you visit. I stopped in last night to get a pizza & the staff were extremely gracious. They have a party room for booking at this N State St location. No fee or food minimum for booking the room ?

Just visited tonight to pick up order in drive through.Pizza and everything I ordered was good. To my surprise, without asking, a 10% tip was automatically added to my bill and charged without even asking me. I don't mind them asking for a tip and I don't mind giving a tip, but I think it is just wrong to add it w/o even asking me. I ask for a receipt and that is when I realized that it had been added to my bill automatically. Is this standard policy in your Westerville location. I am from Pickerington and our Donatos never does this? Would someone please reply ?

Thanks to Corey of Donatos for a great dinner tonight!!!Always the best pizza whenever we get to Columbus and this time we went with the "Big Don" sub sandwich. Absolutely delicious!!!
