Drive thru attendant was fine - clearly spoken and efficient. Paid @ 2nd window, waited 5 minutes @ 3rd window for my sourdough sandwich - that is all I ordered. Sandwich was handed to me in a rush, box not secured, no bag, no condiments, no napkin. Sandwich was dry, barely assembled. This is my 3rd attempt here. Will not be back. I am an eastcoast girl and this is not what I know of Dunkin.

Tried donuts last 3 weeks. Apple fritters were overcooked and dry week 1. Crullers were dry week 2. Today got filled donuts and they were good, but the churros were very dry and overcooked. Good coffee but no more donuts for me.

Not really a Dunkin fan but tried again since theyre now on my way to work... Asked for cinnamon donut holes since I saw online. I noticed the name didn't say cinn so I asked. The lady says these other options were very similar. Um, since when are cinnamon the same as glazed donuts with sprinkles. Told them they f'd up and they just looked at me. Maybe I could've fussed more but it was early and cheap and I didnt have time to deal with it so I gave them away at work. I came, I tried, and don't need to try again. Also, they're sandwich eggs are trash.

Being an east coast girl, I love dunkin donuts! So grateful to have a couple locations close by. Went through the drive thru and had my usual fave, chocolate glaze, and it did not disappoint. I also tried a new drink, the Pink Velvet Macchiato! Yummy!

Visited this location today to order a coffee and a donut. The girl took my order and never handed me my coffee. She started taking the next customer and after she was done with that customer I asked her if she forgot my coffee. She asked the guy working behind her if he had made my coffee and I think he was overwhelmed, honestly. She walked in circles never thinking to just make my coffee so I could leave and tells me "if he doesn't make your coffee in 2 minutes, I will." I had already stood and waited 5 minutes for my coffee, why was I having to wait longer? Then, I asked the guy if he could just make my coffee and he didn't respond. Someone else made my coffee which was nice but had the girl just made it when she took the time to walk in a circle, I wouldn't have been upset. Both Westerville locations are a mess and it's really sad they cannot get it together. Also, why does they scanner gun not work and I can't use my app at this location? It's been 2 weeks.
I thought the donuts weren’t that good. The French crueler (I don’t think I spelled that right) was very dry on the inside and not like ones I’ve had in the past like other locations. This is probably more of a personal preference though. Everything else like the service and location were great! Regarding the dry donuts, I got them when they first opened. They may have still be trying to work things out so next time I go, and the food quality changes, I will update my review :)
