This was my first time ever getting Fusian, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was so relaxing and spacious. The layout is similar to Chipotle, Blaze, or any other fast-casual restaurant. The healthy food choices here were amazing! You can choose from a wide variety of proteins and vegetables. Great for vegetarians and vegans. The service was also impeccable, the worker who served me was so nice and helpful explaining the different menu items. So happy I have a healthy lunch option for the future! Definitely will be back here.Vegetarian options: So many non-meat protein options as a base and dozens of vegetarian topping and sauce options.

Delicious as always!Dietary restrictions: Delicious as always, but — unlike the main menu — the seasonal items were not marked for dietary restrictions, and the staff were going to need to make people wait to read the ingredient lists. So, I just got a tried-and-true, non-seasonal custom roll, which was quite nice, of course!

Recently received Fusian and as someone who doesn’t care for sushi the sushi rolls as well as the verity of options was really good. Personally I’ll stick to the salmon that’s cooked so that was my favorite. It is definitely a good addition to my options to order while I’m at work that I would have never ordered before.

I was looking forward to picking up some sushi rolls for take out after my workout class. I arrived at 8pm and the door said they were open until 9:05pm. When I went up to the counter, the server told me they were out of rice and couldn’t make the rolls. I don’t understand why they weren’t more prepared and made more rice in advance if they knew it was running out. The server said “sorry” and didn’t offer to take the time to make more and the Manager was in the office doing nothing to help. I mean at that point, why are the doors even open if the core product can’t be served?

My pick up order was done in a timely fashion. The dining area was clean, relaxing and decorated for the holidays. The staff was friendly and greeted each new customer who entered with a smile and hello. The sushi portions were very good for the price and the taste was spot on! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because our sushi rolls were so loose they fell apart and were very messy/difficult to eat. The ends of our rolls had very little filling while the middle was so large it was impossible to eat without making a mess. Next time we are down town we will hopefully be able to try again and update our ratingParking: Street parking availability varies through out the day but the restaurant has 5-6 spots in it's parking lot.

The coconut curry Raman was a customized take on their limited time specials and it was delicious! They also have a great range of lemonade and ice tea. There is a cozy seating area, though most of the seating consisted of tables and metal chairs. I would definitely go back!

Cool concept. Clean and comfortable dining. The food was unfortunately lackluster. Rice was undercooked and so much sauce! The sauce they put on mine was pooling in the to go box and drenched the entire roll. It made the roll collapse and was all I could taste.

Ordered here as a graduation dinner, I was very dissapointed. I don't know about other things on the menu, but the "wonton chips" are just chips exactly like you'd get at Chipotle. They gave me huge cold slices of fish, not much of anything else, it was gross. I couldn't finish it. I work in food service, so I can sympathize with a lot of things. Maybe this was after a rush and they were running low on ingredients, maybe the fish needed to be used up, I'm happy as long as it's safe and tastes half-decent, but this was so bad I threw half of it away. Sad to see my money go in the trash and my little celebration fail.

The servers here are really stingy with the serving sizes. I had ordered not two but four mango sticky rices. It had looked nothing like the standard on the website. The ratio wasn’t accurate, I had to ask for more rice as they didn’t bother to fill it up. I’ve never had this issue in any other store then this one.
