So my wife and I tried going here on a Friday at 7:45. They had one staff member working and we stood in line for 15 minutes. He turns the open sign right when we walk up to the counter. They are out of almost all food. So we just walked out. I don’t plan on going back unless they get new ownership, management.

Went and tried to use a buy one get one coupon, but was told that since it was Sunday I was not allowed to use the coupon. No such details on the coupon. Besides that the food quality has deteriorated significantly, the restaurant was dirty/messy, and prices higher than Chipotle, Moe's, Qdoba. I typically only leave good reviews but this was a very bad experience and don't plan to return.

I found this place while driving for door dash and absolutely had to go back to try it. This is now my favorite place to eat and so much better then chipotle! The customer service is incredible, the food is delicious and it’s easy to find. 10/10!

went to this location twice an hour before they close and on their door it says they close at 10pm but both times said that they were closed or didn’t have any food left.

If I could give 0 I would. Came here because the location by us shut down, I’m sure this one won’t be far behind. Out of almost everything, and what we did order tasted inedible. The people working there could have cared less they looked bothered we even came in. Save your money and go somewhere

Not a great experience overall. I had a burrito and it was passable at best. It wasn't horrible, but rather bland and uninteresting. For the price, it's probably not worth it. I got spicy ranch sauce on it, but the guy making the food put so little sauce on it that I couldn't even taste it. The guy working behind the counter either didn't know much English, or at least had such a thick accent that I could barely understand him. The soda machine was a sad sight - out of the 8 or so options, only 3 were actually available. Though even with the available soda, there was zero carbonation. Seems lazy. Probably wouldn't go there again, unless they can improve the food quality and the service quality.

Used to be one of my favorite go tos on the way home. I don't know what has happened here, but it's terrible now. Always ALWAYS out of product, fountain drink dispenser has been busted or out of service for 2 months, only tea and water available, and my food was ice cold. The place is filthy and looks like its going out of business. What's going on at this location?? Are they closing or have they just given up??

Go here if you want a bowl of rice with a small amount of other things.My bowl was almost level with rice.On top of that, the guy made 2 "to go" orders while I stood at the counter and waited.Terrible hothead, would not recommend this location.Would give zero stars if I could
I am going to be brutally honest for a second…I am a Chipotle loyalist, I eat there a few times a week. In comparison, I usually eat Hot Heads only when there is a promo, and their steak tastes like low grade hamburger so I get chicken. HOWEVER, my burrito I had today turned everything I’ve believed on its head.I saw chorizo at this location, so I decided to get the jalapeño wrap with chorizo and many fixings (queso, pineapple) and hot head sauce, of course. My burrito was SO much bigger than Chipotle, which has skimped recently due to “shrinkflation”. I am literally still thinking about how good the chorizo was, even though I ate the burrito a while ago. Hot Heads knocked it out of the park, I will be coming back.If you have reservations like I did, try again, especially with the chorizo. It is very good.

Drink machines have not worked in weeks, out of just about every sauce and half the menu items. Place looks like it’s never cleaned. I love their food and but won’t be back to this one.

Food is always fresh and very tasty. It is not spicy unless you want it to be. The restaurant is always amazingly clean and the employees are very friendly. We come here weekly. Great place for the family.
