I watched both employees behind the counter take payments with gloves on and use those same gloves to make sandwiches. Very disturbing. Employees need educated please.

I walked in and the place was so gross and dirty. Employee looked so dirty and sores all over like a crack addict. I’d prefer not to get sick today so I walked right out of this place.

Had to go back in to tell them they didn't put ranch on my sub. Then they re made it without bbq or cheese. Like how hard it to make a sub with 3 workers and 0 customers? Really irritated and won't be back

So I think it’s time I leave a review. I stopped coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time because of a personal hygiene issue with one of the employees. It just wasn’t an appetizing thing for me so I just stopped. I decided to order again and come in today. I’m assuming the sandwich maker was the one that was sitting on the sandwich making board while he was on his phone. I wasn’t greeted and everyone just looks so miserable. The place really needs to be scrubbed real good and I do believe that personal hygiene should be highly recommended to anyone who works in a restaurant especially if you were delivering peoples food to them. I’m sorry, but I will not be back

Food is usually fine, on par with other Jimmy John’s locations. But this place is NEVER fast. Delivery takes more than an hour every time I’ve ordered from here (sometimes 90+ minutes).I can understand an occasional issue, but every time? Not acceptable for a store that claims to be “freaky fast”. And fair warning, if you use Door Dash to order, the delivery time is ALWAYS wrong, and there is no option for help other than to call the store, which generally isn’t remotely helpful.

Ordered a delivery order for 6 adults and two hungry toddlers. Was taking awhile so when we called to inquire they told us their delivery drive was not there yet (this was 30 mins after they opened). So we said we’d just come pick it up. The girl told me that she was going to cancel and re ring the entire order so that we would not be charged delivery (duh!). When my sister got there she said “that’s not what I said.” So she lied. And gave us a credit. (That we can not use in the app and only can use at this location and have to call). Unacceptable. And where is the driver?! Call and let people know at least. Now our food sat for how long ?!

Absolutely terrible. Not this specific location, but Jimmy John’s in general. 90% bread, 1% meat, 9% garbage. Unable to toast anything. Tuna fish is horrid. Run from this place any chance you get.

The man that made my sandwich smells so bad, I want to throw out my sandwich. It can only be described as old cigarettes and clothes that need to be washed or just thrown away. The sign on the door says "smells are free". That's not what I expected. Very unappetizing. ??
I had purchased a party pack of subs and when I got home I noticed there were no veggie subs. I called and spoke to the manager who insisted they were there and then had me leave a going away / buckeye party I was hosting. I get to the restaurant and show him the box of sandwiches which was missing maybe 3 of the small party subs, maybe 3 inches each and he then tells me that we must of ate them. So I never got what I ordered, was accused of eating 3 small veggie subs, the cheapest ones on the platter and was told I could get refunded $10-15 while I missed close to 30 minutes of the party I was hosting. The delivery driver even looked at him and said these all have meat and was told by the manager to back up. I proceeded to call GM and she was no help either. I have never had a manager accuse me of eating something and then bringing it back. The customer service that was provided was the worst I have ever seen. I will never attend this place again I will go to Jersey Mikes!

Really like this place, overall. Usually super nice, food delicious and fast. However, had to sadly take a pass while waiting longer realized that not one employee was masked. One of the crew rubbed his face with his arm. It was so disappointing.
