Horrible service. not quite up to par for KFC..?

From 2021: If you want to order online, show up when your food is ready, sit in your car for another 20 minutes while employees just talk inside with minimal other business, then not get all your food, come here!2024 update: I guess I forgot how awful this place is. I made an online order of mac and cheese, but when I got to the store fifteen minutes later, I was rudely told at the drive-through to "go inside" because "we're really busy and we're still making it." The staff did not ask who I was, there was one other car in the drive-through, and no customers were inside. I walked in and found my order sitting on the shelf. Staff could have asked who I was and grabbed it, or at least included a fork. I have had consistently horrible experiences at this location and am not sure why it's still in business.

I feel so bad for the employees at this location. They are always short staffed and work so hard. Staff still remains friendly and apologetic when I pick up my order. Any staff that sticks it out there deserve a huge pay increase.

Absolute worst. Was charged almost $20 for eight pieces of chicken needed a receipt and even though we saw him with the receipt he pretended like the receipts weren’t printing out very suspicious. Saw him throw the receipt away Called my bank to put suspicious activity alert Chicken was subpar for the money

On the upside, the new Chizza is sinfully delicious! A generous amount of chicken tenders topped with marinara, mozarella and pepperoni....it is my new guilty pleasure!On the way downside, it took 20 minutes to get my "fast food" despite ordering online in advance and receiving a message it was ready, only to stand in the store waiting and waiting and waiting. I would have appreciated at least a "sorry for the wait" but alas there was none. Maybe I'll try a different location next time I need my Chizza fix.

food was good, hot and fresh. The guy didn't tell me about an online special for chicken only. he told me it was $20 an online. you can get the same deal for 10. also there was grease, big clumps, all over the bottom of the box that my tenders came in.

This location is the ABSOLUTE worst!! We spent $70 and waited over an hour for cold, soggy food while dealing with horrible customer service. Found out it was the GM!!!!! And after calling about the food and experience, we got a $20 gift certificate which didn't even replace the chicken we ordered that was not edible. Then there was a gentleman and his son there to pick up the order his wife placed. He was told the order was marked complete (he said it was a $50 order) so he left with NO food and the manager did NOTHING to help him, just said he was out of luck virtually. His son looked like he wanted to cry and just kept saying daddy I'm hungry. It was heartbreaking. I will NOT go to this location again and will keep sharing these stories bc no one deserves to lose out on that kind of money for terrible food and an even worse experience. STAY AWAY from this location!!!!!

This place is the worst in the Columbus area. Fried chicken refried in dirty oil. We live in Ohio how did you screw up corn, dry taste less. Doors are closed someone employee sleeping on the table inside no sign to go to the drive thru. But they will let you know with such garbage attitude. Just avoid this place.

Well, I want to start off by saying I clearly didn't get 2/3 of my dinners here.I ordered my chicken meal with sides but the 2 other folks wanted popcorn chicken and that is not a menu item anymore.This may not be a surprise to those who frequent the location, but to me I had to get meals at another restaurant.They also no longer offer unsweetened tea!!!With all the other options in Westerville that do make chicken, I most likely won't frequent this place- which saddens me because Kentucky fried chicken has been part of my youth and adulthood- but if I don't drink soda or sweetened tea.I also won't eat at places where my entire family can't get a meal - I don't like traveling to multiple places to feed all of us.The chicken was good, but doesn't seem as spicy as in years ago.The sides were so small!!!I miss the spork.I got no napkins or butter sauce with my meal. Maybe I'm supposed to ask for napkins, but it it's finger licking food I want napkins and a wet nap (not included either).For the almost $12 spent- I could have gotten a rotisserie chicken, can of biscuits and premade mashed potatoes and gotten 4 meals out of it versus the 1 and snack.The employees lacked any customer service skills but weren't mean. Rolled up at about 2:15 pm.. young lady working g the drive through said will need to give me some extra time, I'm the only one here.. how does that happen? Surely not her fault, but come on.. is this a Biden Govt owned ? KFC? Lost a customer!

This place at evening or night time is the worst. Idk about during the day when they open first thing but whoever is the GM of this place really needs to re think they crew for night shift. They was rude and didn't listen to a thing I said. I asked for 2 mass and I got one got a family combo and got 4 very over cooked biscuits. My chicken was alright a little in the greasy side but it was fresh I can say that. They charged me for a Pepsi and I ain't even get it 45 dollars down the drain. The Mac and cheese was good mash was warm not hot gravy was clumpy and wasn't hot at all just a all around disappointment.
