We tried Kroger pickup for the first time last night. After a few little issues with it, we get home to find out that four items were not in the bags. I looked in the receipt and we were not charged for the items that we didn’t receive. I looked back at the online confirmation and the items were on there, but we got no alert for “out of stock” or that they were substituted. I called Kroger and spoke to Assistant Manager Brian. He was wonderful, he truly went above and beyond! He personally delivered to our house the missing items and wouldn’t let us pay for them saying they were “on him because he wanted to make it right”. I have never been so impressed with customer service in all my life. Thank you Brian, you are amazing!

The bakery cannot do what is showed on there advertised booklet at the counter. I’ve had 2 cake disasters. After the first time I decided to give it another try because everyone makes mistakes but when they make a cake and try to sell it to you looking nothing like what you ordered is disappointing. I will show you what I ordered vs what I got.
