Above and beyond service! My husband and I placed our online pick up order earlier in the day. We ended up with a sick kiddo and got distracted. While at urgent care, pick up called to ask about our order. I apologized and told her we would be there before the end of the night. She was so kind and told me not to worry and to just stay in touch and that they would work with us. My husband was able to pick up our order later that night. Non customer service counter closes at 8 PM so returns and exchanges can't be done after 8; unable to do exchange at registers. Love the variety, cleanliness and the hours, just surprised at lack of staff and poor customer service.

Always a friendly staff willing to help. Today the new Greeter was the sweetest young man! His happy demeanor & cheerful "You have a nice day" made me smile and actually have a happy day!
