Toxic environment for young ladies to work in.Management drinks while they are working. Sad for the family that once took pride in the business….

We ordered a four serving spaghetti and meatballs meal and an Italian sub. Bread and salad accompanied the spaghetti dinner. The portions were great and the food was all very fresh and tasty. You can’t beat the value considering the quality and convenience. My kids and I are extremely grateful and will certainly be ordering more often.

Our server and other staff were attentive, and very friendly. The pizza is traditional Columbus-style. We had salads (dressings are homemade), my husband had a pepperoni pizza, I had sausage and mushrooms. Both had a good amount of toppings. We will likely go back to try some other Italian fare. It looked good.

My lady recently visited and ordered takeout, pizza and spaghetti. She waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged her, greeted her, and looked to take her order. Once ordering the food did come timely. As she was leaving someone from behind the counter yelled “queen latifa”. Being a black woman, the only one in the place, I do not find that comment flattering, funny, or professional. Not to mention The pizza was ok, the spaghetti was bland. I personally will ensure I make this comment in person but wanted to leave this review.

best pizza in the area. prices are the same as any other independent place with current terrible inflation: around $20 for a large with a few toppings. so good that i usually eat half on the drive home. its Columbus style squares. perfect, not too greasy but flavorful enough to savor

Food is always delicious, very reasonably priced. They absolutely have the best meatball sub in the city, hands down!!!!Every meal we've tried has been amazing, you always get exactly what you order and plenty of it.

Food was great. I don't know if the wait staff and kitchen was overwhelmed or what, but it took forever for them to wait on us. It took soooo long for our food to come out and our party of 8 each got their dishes at completely different times. The toddler got hers last, because they forgot to make it. She had to wait 7 mins after the last person was finally served to eat. She nibbled on ours while she waited. When we were finally finished, it took about 25+ mins for them to bring our check after we finally asked, and then took a long time to grab our cards and cash us out. Then we were stuck waiting on to-go boxes. We spent a long time waiting. we were all very hungry and ready to get out the door when finished with our food. It was good food, but service was not great.

A long term resident of Westerville, I have been going to Minico’s for both dine-in and take-out for many years, even when they were on Sunbury Road in Central College. We were running behind on yard work and it was getting late so I ordered take-out; subs for me and my daughter, one with banana peppers and one without. It took several calls to place the order and at least a half dozen calls just rang busy. Ready to go elsewhere I gave it one more call and they answered, I placed my order, and they did not ask my name. When I showed up they asked my name and I said that you did not request my name but told them what my order was.The young man at the counter was very rude and said ‘well, you didn’t talk to me’. I really felt awkward not knowing what to say and I repeated my order and he just said that’s $17.00. I paid the money and stood there waiting and the lady behind the counter wrapped the 2 subs, put them in a bag and literally tossed them across the counter at me. I asked her/them why they are throwing food at me and they said they are really busy and asked me to take my order and leave.I have never been this humiliated as a paying customer before. I don’t know if they are the same or different owners but cannot understand how they can treat people this way. When I got home I looked at the sub ‘with banana peppers’ and found only 3. I will never go back to this place even if I am starving to death.

Minico's is our favorite pizza. We usually order the "All The Way" pizza. The sauce is made on site and it's fantastic. Nice thin crust and packed with toppings. Also like their White Chicken Alfredo pizza. Have had their lasagna and wouldn't recommend it. Meatballs are good and the Sausage Mushroom Stromboli.

Restaurant is clean. Server treated us well. Decor is humorous and music was good. Prices were decent. Pizza had no real flavor. Crust was decent, but sauce was indeterminate, cheese was blah. Toppings couldn't overcome to save the day. Next time I'll try other items on the menu.
