The location is supposed to be open until 10 PM on Friday and Saturday. We drove from Sunbury on Friday, and it was 9 PM, and the store was closed. There were no signs at the location saying they were closing early. Doors were locked, and they were cleaning up.

Maybe go here 4 or 5 times a year. The experience today still leaves my stomach unsettled. I'm assuming the chocolate went bad, but the dish tasted like it had been filtered through cigarette ash after fermenting in the belly of a corpse. Several times before we have tried to go and the shop was closed during business hours. I'm kinda surprised it's still operating. Today's experience is definitely my last. I don't think I can shake the memory of what I tasted today.

Owner steals tips from the kids that work there to offset drawer shortages. Drawer is counted only after multiple days/shifts. This is the sketchiest of organizations at best. Beware and avoid or you’re supporting a strong arming, child abusing creep.

My review is because there is no signage in the store listing the price and the lone employee at the checkout register could only speculate what it might cost so my review is based on what kind of business doesn’t even let you know what you’re paying until you pay.

Frozen yogurt bars are my favorite! Prices are pretty ridiculous, but it doesn’t keep me from coming back. We’ve had both positive & negative experiences with the staff being present or kind, but I don’t feel it’s a reflection of this business. I mean you’re here for the FroYo, and it never disappoints ? ?It would be more professional/courteous for the owner to be more personable in their replies to negative reviews on here though, so as to offer actual resolve or want to rectify the experiences. I think it would go a long way in retaining the business of unhappy customer experiences, but I get it, ya can’t please everyone. I will say it’s very attractive as a perspective consumer to see businesses wanting to do better or do more though ?

Horrible service, Manager has attitude for no particular reason and the place is really dirty in every instance I've been there. The tables and chairs are flithy, the topings are mixed up, the whole place looks very unclean.

Drive 20 minutes to go right next door to cold stone. They do not allow you to try samples to see what you even like due to "Covid-19". Waste of a drive and absolutely ridiculous rule. I am sure we are not the only ones who walked out.

Tonight 5/6/23 the worker allowed her friends to eat their icecream while standing at the topping bar and continously refilling their toppings. While eating.With signs being up about covid and not being allowed to get toppings if you eat from your bowl first this is unpleasant to see.
