I had a problem with my order but I don't have time to come back to get it corrected because I need to let you understand how important every party is when people don't have that much money and your food costs quite a bit. You are not McDonald's. You're not Burger King. You're not KFC. You're Panera and you have a premium on your foods. I was at this location the evening of 01/25/24. There was a young lady whom I think was the manager. She was nice but stern with the employees. Making sure the place was up to par. The last time I ate at Panera was in Toledo, Ohio last year. Tonight I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. This was the BEST Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt I have ever had from Panera. Someone used my card here, but I live in a different state. I want to say thank you to the employee who helped me out. She was very kind and understanding. The general manager was to call me, but it's been days, and I've heard nothing. Thank you to the Panera Bread employee for doing her part.
