I love Papa John’s but will never order from this location again. They were 30 minutes late and when I called asking the manager for a ETA, he was incredibly rude. He cut me off and was condescending. The pizzas were cold upon arrival and not made correctly. Don’t spend your money or time on this Papa John’s.

They had a major staff call off and left the manager solo on a Friday night. She was calm and courteous when I called about my late pizza delivery, and somehow still the pizza was some of the best I’ve had from the franchise. Great work, thank you

Every time I order here for delivery my food is burnt and they forget all the sauces I paid for. I’ve even had them lose my order before and we waited 2 hrs for it. It’s the closest one of these so we order here pretty regularly. I’m frustrated. This franchise is good other places, but this it the worst one.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in a while. I remember the crust being my favorite part. Really fluffy and great with the garlic sauce. It seems like they changed the recipe, as the crust was paper thin, hard, and flavorless. The app should also tell you how long the pick up/ delivery is before you place the order. They also didn’t have anybody working the front desk, so had to wait for a pizza maker to get my order.

Bought two large pizzas for PI Day (BoGO for 3.14). It has got to be the worst pizza we've ever had. This was most definitely the last time we will order pizzas from Papa Johns. The last three occasions it has been just terrible! Minimal toppings, sauce & cheese. The ingredient quality questionable. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza.

What started out as okayish ended up in the trash...the stuffed crust pizza was so bland and doughy. The thin crust was over baked and dry.It had been a few years (about 30) and we decided to take advantage of a special - the two large pizzas were $20 and a full waste of money.The Pepperoncini was crisp and delicious. The sauce with each box couldn't make the crust any better.I would recommend any of the local spots beside or around this location as another pizza pie option.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options.Dietary restrictions: Each pie is made to order.Parking: Lots of congestion when cars park out front to "pick up" but there are numerous places to park close.Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizzaWheelchair accessibility: You have to go down a few spaces but it appears to be standard accessibility.

This place is robbing the community. I placed an online order and that was a huge mistake. The app said my order would be ready in 40 mins, but it ended up being closer to 90mins. Once I got to the store no one ever addressed me. I had to get info from another customer that they were 40mins behind. At that point I would have just cancelled my order, but not one employee addressed customers as they walked in, and were activity avoiding potential contact with us. They wouldn't answer the phone (so I couldn't cancel). Like, I said, no one was speaking to customers so I couldn't cancel in store. I tried to go somewhere else but everywhere else had a wait, so I was forced to wait just as longer for this order.Then the order was wrong. It was barely cooked when I ordered well done bake. It was missing toppings (1 out of 3). I ordered the new promo crust, pretty sure I didn't get it. Ranch when I ordered blue cheese. I can't even complain until the morning because the app and website just refers to the store, which again, won't answer the phone. Please get some robots in there to do this people's jobs. I'm saving their number under "don't order" to prevent this from happening again. I had a bad experience years ago and just forgot and figured it's been years. Besides, if Burger King can turn things around why couldn't this place. IDK. Never again.

They must be graded by the scores from the pizza tracker because it was flagged ready for pickup 10m before it was. No sauce with the papadias we ordered and we ordered Parmesan crusted and got the normal. It was about 25% smaller than the ones we get in Mount Vernon and it was overcooked to a cracker crust.

Ordered a 10” cheese bread and after waiting nearly 50 min received what seemed well undercooked with some of the cheese completely unmelted. ?Parking: Parking directly in front of strip center store location. It can be fairly full especially on weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps to sidewalk

Ordered for a fundraiser and put i wanted it for later that day. They prepared at 11am. I called spoke to manager and she assured me i could come at scheduled time of 6:45pm. I showed up and my breadsticks had a bite out of them and my pizza was from 11am and cold. I called the manager again and she said oh i was afraid that would happen..... will not be returning
