I've made the mistake of ordering from this location too many times. The food is never prepared right. Half the time items are burnt, the other half they are cold. The papadilla had nothing in it and any dish that is in in "bite" form is made incorrectly. its supposed to be in individual dough balls but its is sent like a chopped sushi roll that someone put in the oven for 2 minutes. 2nd time I didn't get my drink.

I ask to get a couple extra sauces then they couldn’t figure out how to ring it up, you would think they would just give them to you i have to go back inside 3 times before getting my food! So i said forget the sauce and just left i won’t be back to this location horrible service!!!

I ordered 4 items. 1 was good/ correct. The other 3 had problems.Both pizzas had huge bubbles on them, were undercooked, had the wrong crusts, did not have extra sauce when I asked for it, and were labeled incorrectly. I ordered chicken parm bites and got a completely different item. Overall disappointed.

The managers are always helpful when the order gets messed up, but honestly any pizza place you go anymore the pizza is either not cooked all the way or not what you ordered. Not expecting above and beyond but would be cool if the pizza crust and cheese was cooked all the way. Besides that I would recommend it.

Talk about unfair. A hard working man trying to provide and work his tail off and the GM is more worried about his pizza when someone's child is in dire need of medical attention. Yet he's sent home for caring for his children. Can someone elaborate how that shows any compassion for your fellow workers. How does that signify appreciation. Yet he's wrong for answering his phone while every other staff member and the GM himself is working. I've never been more ashamed and disgusted in my life to see such a thing.

If you are going to pickup you pizza no one attending you and , I went there yesterday and everyone doing their work and ignored to attend for 15 minutes .worst customer service. The management have to visibility to improve those facts , also the ridiculous fact is one lady worker told me that the online order is not at all sync as per the status prospective , So if it is showing ready to pickup that could be wrong status .

I'm not much for leaving a bad review but sometimes feedback is needed for a business.Placed an order online. Received a text update a few minutes later that the pizza was in the oven. Not more than 10 minutes later- text received: "your order is ready for pick up."Rushed to get there because I didn't want it to get soggy and cold.It wasn't ready. It took another 40 minutes to be ready. They were getting phone calls of complaints from customers as I'm standing there and the employees were not nice to their customers on the phone.Later they told me the pizza was just about to come out of the oven, finally, but the what was boxed up was barely lukewarm and looked like it was sitting around for a while.Large stuffed crust pizza$19.99. Calling for a refund from corporate. Not a good night for them.

Check your order before you leave! Ordered a medium regular pizza through the app. Once ready I went inside and they said it wasn't ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes where someone called out my name, but no one was around to hand it to me. Waited another 5 minutes and finally got someone to get it. Once home, there was a small pizza in a medium box, and the parmazion sticks were just plain no flavor bread sticks.
I ordered online for pick up. The food was done and got when I got there. It tasted great.
