Just go somewhere else they don’t even have delivery drivers as advertised on their website…my pizza disappeared and their solution remake and try again using the same delivery service that didn’t deliver my food after they took it the first time. They wanted me to wait another hour for my food when this store is 1.3miles away. Don’t advertise what you don’t offer.

Have not been to a pizza hut since I was younger. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Service was great and everyone was friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience. I frequently try different pizza shops and this is definitely one of the best. No complaints.

Ordered food, it showed up close to an hour later than it said it would and was cold. Called and wanted to talk with a manager and was told I could not, but someone would call me back. Of course they never did.

I have got pizz here several times but it has never been this bad. The crust was extremely thin and there was all most no tomato sauce or cheese on it. The pizza was hard and had no flavor. It was like eating cardboard. We had to throw it away.

The Westerville S. State St. location has been one of my favorites to order from in this city. They deliver quickly, food is good, and the delivery drivers are always very nice people.
It took over 20 minutes for someone to come up to the counter so we can pick up the food. A guy twice said someone else will be up when she’s done helping a customer over the phone. There should be another person available if someone isn’t for situations like that because waiting that long while your food is sitting there ready is ridiculous. I could bet if we did delivery it would’ve gotten to my house faster. A simple apology for that long of a wait isn’t sufficient. With good customer service If you’re at fault you compensate in some type of way.

Today I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and the representative who took my order. asked me for my credit card to pay the pizza I did when DoorDash came to my apartment. They asked for some cash when I already paid with a card so when I tried to call Pizza Hut, they put me on hold and they wouldn't give my money back or refund me
