I stopped at Romeo's on my way home because I have had their thin crust pizza before at a party, and it was quite good. They were all out of the thin crust that I was looking forward to, so I went ahead and ordered the traditional pizza. It tasted good, but there were no toppings at all on the outer 2.5 - 3 inches of the pizza, all the way around. That's my only complaint. If I go back, it will be thin crust or nothing at all.

Food late. Box weighed more than the large pizza and forgot the pop I ordered. Very disappointed. We are usually very happy with Romeos. Won’t be ordering from them anymore. Driver said he would come back with pop. An hour later and still no pop. 24 hours later no pop and no apology.

The worst!!! Quoted 20 minutes, went to pick up the pizza and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Went home came back 30 minutes later and still had to wait 20 more minutes before pizza was ready. Also, customer service is terrible, no one at the counter and the multiple workers just standing around not working!!! Will never go back!!

Really scratching my head here why this place is not over 4 stars! Have ordered three times for delivery and each time it was great. First time ordering with my wife at home as she usually wants to get Jet's but talked her into Romeo's. My duaghter's loved it and so did my wife. The wings are hit or miss, but you get that with all pizza places, but the calzones are great! I have had two now and they are stuffed with ingrediants, not like Jet's deli boats where it is all bread! Hope to start making this a weekly family order. Note, they actually have their own drivers so not given to someone from Grubhub, Uber, etc. Great experience all around!

Told me my order would be next out, and then sat it on the heater behind the shelf where i couldn’t get it for 10 extra minutes until someone would help me. :(
This was tak out pizza; so service and atmosphere were not significant elements. The pizza was ready for pickup. The pizza was very good.

We have noticed this restaurant for so long but didn't try it because of the low rating. The first time we went, we got a large pizza and breadsticks. The order was finished on time, and had no issue with pickup. Surprisingly, their crust was so fluffy that we would not want to waste any of it. However, they didn't seal the sauce properly and left the portion cups upside down, which caused a mess. We returned and tried more flavors and traditional wings. The pizza quality was stable, but the wings differed slightly from what we expected. The wings' size was much larger than the average restaurant, which was good, but the skin was not crispy. You may try it if you are a meat lover but don't mind having non-crispy wings.

Excellent pizza! Love the sauce. We also tried the bacon bread which was tender with crispy edges. Great service. Delivered to home in great condition.

How come they are never open, hours of operation on the door would say 10am to 11pm but when I stop by they would say that they aren't open until 1pm or sometimes 3pm. Terrible for business. Wouldn't recommend going to the Maxtown Road location in Westerville.
