Westerville South Starbucks - Please reconcile with your employees and treat them better. They work so hard and are so nice. They certainly will continue to leave if you keep closing at 12 noon and they get no hours. They deserve far better.
I come here basically almost every day and I feel like I have to wait 15 minutes or more for a cuppa coffee and I think that is such an inconvenient and it’s not good customer service I do love this location because you guys do make your drinks just like requested but the time you have to wait to get service is just ridiculous. I really hope management can work on the waiting time

The coffee is always delicious. The service is great. The atmosphere is lovely. My only complaint is forgetting a medium drink and always paying $6. I don't understand how if you substitute vanilla syrup flavoring for the sugar-free vanilla syrup flavoring. Why I have to pay to upgrade it when I merely just swapping out one for the other?
