Definitely a busy place but I was helped right away and I had a question about merchandise that the cashier didn’t know off the top of their head, but they were very helpful and friendly about finding the answer for me. Even though it was very busy they were calm, cool and collected. Thanks, Grace!! I decided to try the peppermint mocha, and it was very minty and yummy . Also, because they were so busy, I noticed they were calling out names of ppl whose orders they were in the process of working on, so you knew the status; I really appreciated this!Parking: Even though it was incredibly busy, there was still ample parking. But this is also a plaza that has many other stores so even if the Starbucks lot was full, you could potentially park in the grocery store, parking lot and walk over.

I freaking love this Starbucks and all it's employees. They are awesome, friendly and inviting. Doesn't matter if I use drive thru service or front counter, they are always so patient and helpful when I'm not sure what I'm getting that day. I always try to leave a decent tip for them to show my appreciation whether be cash or my card. I've became kinda of Regular there they great me by name which i also love about it.. Ooh And the smell, I absolutely love the aroma of coffee and sweets combined. I use to go to random Starbucks to get my drinks which ever was nearest to my location at that time haha. But now I wait until I'm in Westerville, and before work ⁸ There is only one time I can think of where the service wasn't the nicest. But i didn't take any hurt feelings over it. Everyone has bad days sometimes. Especially when some customers aren't the easiest to pleese, or feel entitled to get so much for so little. Even with the greatest of service, they never tip or show appreciation so I get it..I just want you all to know you are wonderful young adults, and are doing a fantastic job of running that coffee shop. I appreciate yall every time.!! Thank You

Girl hands me cup of iced espresso at the drive-through. The lid pops off since it wasn’t ever correctly attached as she hands it to me and I try and put it in my cupholder. It could’ve easily spilled all over me or my car. I tell her this and she just stares at me like I’m somehow troubling her. No I am sorry no nothing. Just a blank stare. I guess I’ll be going to one of the many others Starbucks in the area instead of this one and suggest all of you do the same.

Ordered just a small hot coffee at 6:18 and was the only one in the drive through. Got a room temperature coffee at 6:25, so waited for a cold coffee and didn't have time to wait for a new one.

On my Starbucks app I had accidentally ordered the drinks to a different location then what I went to. The employees were very kind by making my drinks on the fly and without error. They were exactly what I had ordered and got them to me in under a minute.

The staff here is extremely slow, young and don't have a customer-centric perspective. The service is so slow and it's mind bending to stand in line when it's empty waiting for someone to look up with seven employees behind the counter. One young man with curly hair was throwing trash bags at employees. When you do finally get their attention and order you're waiting twenty minutes for a black coffee. This is the fifth time this has happened so safe to say there needs to be structure and management over the young staff here. This is not a one-off experience. Get it together kids.
A little chilly here, but I'm loving the curved benches and very accessible USB & computer plugins. They even comped my drink bc the Starbucks this morning (diff. loc.) dbl charged my card. This is why I ?? Starbucks!

This place never have the healthy breakfast available like the turkey sausage, chicken sausage, spinach wraps..., no everybody likes the unhealthy bacon, ham, or pork sausage ??????????????????

Took over 20 minutes for my 1 drink in the cafe. Unless you're staying in the cafe, go through the drive thru.Parking: 20ish lot spots with a much larger lot in the adjacent plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.
