The food was not what we ordered the sub was not what was irder it had bacon on an Italian sub it was dry.The cheese stake was so dry.

Pretty good food, slightly slow service, but it may be a staffing retention issue.everyone seems to want to leave 1-2 star reviews without really understanding what that entails, as this is a pretty good but slow service location. Order ahead, communicate what you want and make sure to check before you leave. Most likely, they have the same 4 people working crazy hours to keep this place going and treating them poorly if they're overworked is a child's response.If you lack patience entirely and need your parents to scold you for being rude, then I suggest having them place the order for you while they put you down for a nap.

Should’ve trusted the reviews on this one. We wanted to try anyway. The sandwiches tasted good but were severely lacking on meat and other fillings. They’re so small for $10. The atmosphere in the dining room is depressing. It’s a shame because this place could be really good!
This was the nastiest restaurant I have ever seen. Don’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, if the front of the restaurant (dining area) looks like it does I could only imagine the back. I’ll never eat here again.

Many times when you pull up to the speaker no one acknowledges you're there for several minutes. And even if there's no cars ahead of you it takes a long time to receive your order. It's like they can only take & complete one person at a time extremely slow. Food is great though!

The food is fine and you know going in that you're going to wait a while in the drive-thru. But if they need to add an ordering screen or repeat the orders back and give a receipt when you pay for it. And before you receive the food. I repeated my order multiple times and was even asked how many of a particular item that I wanted after I ordered it. And yet I still didn't get as much as I wanted. I didn't pay for it. But the person taking my order did not listen any of the times I repeated myself. And the lines are too long and take too long to go through for me to try and go back and get more while my other food sits and gets cold. It's very frustrating.

Today on my visit here was not the greatest. I had been here a couple years ago, and I do recall having pretty decent service that today. Well this visit differed, I made my order to eat there, after they eventually finished cooking my order they did not give me a tray to put food on nor did they provide a bag ,which let's me know they knew it was to dine. After I was half way finished eating I walked back to front to get a to go bag, I stood there along with other customers at least 3 to 4 minutes. I directly went up to an employee & asked for a bag, in which he got for me right away.. during my time in line however, a man actually walked out as his order was never taken . I don't blame him at all...on my way out one of the men who was cooking orders say good bye to me, but I didn't recall any of the workers greeting me when I first came in.I will not be back.
