1st time here. Why haven't we been here before? So many sauces to choose from, Bone in? Boneless? We got to taste test the sauces before our order. The Spicy Korean is my fave (not spicy just a little kick!) My teen loves the Lemon Pepper. Oscar was so helpful! What a great experience. Oscar excels in customer service! So polite so patient so helpful. The wings are SO GOOD. But c'mon have you tried the Ranch & Blue Cheese dressings? Housemade. I need jars of them. Oh the Hand-cut fries!!! And they have the magical pop machine with all the options. I got a Coke Zero with Orange Vanilla. I was pleasantly surprised at this local place. Oscar and his team really know how to rock the wings. And how to take care of customers!

Really appreciate them coming to work in a blizzard to feed us out of towners stuck in a hotel over Christmas! Food was fresh, hot and delicious.

Zero consistency at this location!! When you expect the Wingstop experience and end up with something soft like baked chicken! Unacceptable and disappointing. When you have to take the food home and cook it after paying a pretty penny you may as well stay home!! Then you cannot contact the location via phone to report the complaint. I'm done "giving them a try". Dear franchisee - Get it together or get out! It's not complicated l, it's chicken!

placed a pick up order at 11pm on a thursday when they're supposed to be open until midnight. after placing the order the website said it would be ready in 43-48 min. i got there at like 11:35pm to pick it up and the staff stared at me for probably 5 min until they finally said something. after i got my order, as soon as i walked out the door they turned off the lights and locked it. 20 min before they closed. they even had a sign on the window that said open until midnight. not to mention the food was cold.

waited on the phone 40 minutes. my co worker and I are in a semi truck, and were hoping for food. not only did we not even get someone to answer the phone, we couldn't even order online like it says to do in the pre recorded message. very disappointed. went in to order, and was told it would be an hour wait.... won't return.

Ordered Wings on Friday through on line ordering with confirmation of Saturday delivery at 12 noon from the Wingstop on S State St Westerville. At 12:30 wings had not arrived, so called location and no answer. At 12:45 received email that order had been cancelled with no explanation. Went to store and found it closed. Got a 50 wing bundle from another wing place. On Sunday r3ceived an email that said order was cancelled because the location was closed on the delivery day and account would be credited for payment. On Tuesday the refund as posted to my account. Went to location to speak to manger. First person I spoke to, claimed to be manager, but realized I was very unhappy and had paperwork to back up my timeline of problem; so he went and got "the Real Manager"(?). She looked at paperwork and basically said that it was not her problem, it was with the "on line ordering system". Told her that I had no incentive to ever try their wings in the future. She did not seem to care !!!!!!!!!

Just visited Wingstop in Westerville, Ohio, and it was a nightmare. I placed an order via phone and was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived half an hour later, I walked into a tiny lobby that was jam packed with people. When I finally made it up to the counter and gave my name, the girl said, "Okay," and walked back to the kitchen area. I waited and waited and waited as dozens of other customers came and went. After about 20 minutes, she informed me that they had lost my order but now they found it. Another 20 minutes passed, as another parade of customers came and went. Finally, when I was literally the only person in the waiting area, she brought me my food in a bag. The order came to $18.77. I handed her a $20 bill and she said, "What's this for?" "I believe I have to pay for my meal, don't I?" I replied. She looked very confused, but eventually gave me my change. When I arrived back home an hour later, the garlic parm wings were stone cold and so salty they were inedible. We threw them in the trash and opened a can of soup for dinner. I took the online survey, which was printed on my receipt, but it really didn't want to know about my experience. Just asked some very basic questions. When I finished, Wingstop emailed a coupon for "free fries" with my next order. I deleted it because clearly there will be no "next order." I wouldn't go back to Wingstop in Westerville if they offered free food for me and 100 friends. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER.

Food is always good but customer service is poor. You should learn how to greet your customers even when they have to wait. You will get a lot more sympathy if you showed you actually cared about their time. Food was 30 mins past and missing items

First time trying tonight ! The staff was very friendly , and helpful when we was trying to decide ! Will definitely be back again ! My sons raved about the boneless wings .

About a month ago my entire family was craving wings and our go to restaurant happened to be closed. I am so happy it was. We have ordered food four seperate times and so far nothing but positive experiences. Both the boneless and traditional wings are amazing. I highly recommend the voodoo fries. Tbe veggie sticks have always been fresh and crisp. I just hope the Lemon Garlic sauce becomes a permanent option I am obsessed! This is definitely our new go to wing place.

Ordered for lunch with 11:30am Pickup time. Food was ready, staff was courteous. For a place that specializes in to-go wings though, they were not crispy at all. So a basic take-out wing. I thought maybe a place that only did carryout/delivery might be able to do it better. Also, for a place that advertises it's amazing homemade ranch, their blue cheese dressing was so watered down it had no flavor at all. Not horrible, but not good either. Too bad because Westerville doesn't have much when it comes to wings.

How's the service? Customer to manager: "Why is my order taking twice as long as you said it would?" Manager to customer:: I've already given my two-weeks notice." And the wings weren't much better.

Ordered online for an estimated pickup of 8:00! When I got there food was not ready & was told "they were working on it" Over an hour of waiting, I finally get my food! No sorry for the wait or coupons for the delay NOTHInG! It was our 1st time ordering & will be our last! #notworththewait!!
