My family and I were in Columbus visiting friends and looking for a place to eat dinner. We came across Time and Change and had a great experience. Traci was our server and she was so accommodating to our toddler. She brought her dinner out even before our own entrees so our hangry toddler could start eating asap.Music wasn't too loud, but we could tell it would be a great hangout to watch The Buckeyes when they're playing. Looks like they do trivia nights too.The owners even came out and talked with us as one point. Sounds like they just purchased the restaurant and are working hard at make some changes for the better, including rolling out a new menu. The wings were AWESOME. They mentioned they are bringing out some new sauce flavors soon.Will definitely visit again next time we're in town!

Disappointing, Not enough staff, $7.95 for a small beer. Chicken wings were good though but that was the only thing. My son got the chicken parm sandwich average at best, I got the crispy chicken sandwich which came out luke warm and no flavor. No napkins, no silverware, no sauces at the table other than ketchup and mustard. Not cheap either. I won't go back.

So tired of the promise of new things coming. I've been in several times since the new owners have taken over and every time I'm in it's we are working on things or the new menu is coming soon. I'm done coming in to see the same old menu and mediocre service.

We went here for an osu game day and the atmosphere was fun! The food and service was great. There were plenty of screens to watch the game on too. We met the new owners and they were so nice!

Was there about 2 weeks ago for dinner with 3 others. After eating I asked for my check, gave the waitress my credit card after briefly looking over check. Only after giving tip and totaling my bill did I notice a mysterious charge at the bottom of my bill. I think it might have been called a convenience fee or something like that for an additional 3 or 4 dollars. To put it easily I will never be back, I don't like being duped, I'm not paying to support your establishment with anything other than what I am fairly expected to pay. I left a generous tip, which I should have deducted that fee from. To put it simply I won't be back. You need more money to operate your business raise the prices on your menu, don't be shady.

The food is good but the staff (with the exception of Megan!) are very rude. The owner acts like he can't wait to get you out of there. This used to be the place to go. Not anymore. Won't be back.

We had a private party here and it went wonderfully! The staff here work their tails off to make sure everyone is taken care of. The bartender is such a sweet lady and the cook is working his hardest to make sure the food keeps coming out to the buffet. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was perfect. We were able to decorate and have a photo slide show playing on the tv at my son's graduation party. I have also eaten here during regular hours several times and have no complaints. The staff smile often and seem to enjoy their work. I know covid was a struggle for all privately owned restaurants. Time and Change survived because this community loves their food and staff. They also have trivia night which is super fun. Please take your family and check out this little piece of Westerville, Time and Change.
