Just all around bad experience, was sat without any menus, we had to get someone’s attention to even be given menus. Once we got service it was very poor, took our orders got some of them wrong, forgot a side for my son, and when brought to her attention she just grabbed something else, but not what we asked for. Our food also took forever to come out and they weren’t busy.

Ordered delivery and no one would answer the phone down 80 dollars on my order. I needed to substitute tortillas out of all things I needed flour for the kids and they acted as if it was a huge problem then upcharged me 8 dollars for 8 tortillas. Worst experience possible for spending 100$

Enjoy eating here once a week. The margaritas are superb and the staff is always friendly professional and helpful. The complimentary chips and salsa hit the spot after a long work day.

Food was decent. Service was okay. HOWEVER, complete robbery for a side of cheese for my fajitas. Small little dish the size they give you salsa in. Wait for it……$7.69. I was shocked and stunned. What a rip off. That alone may very well make me a no repeat customer.

Very good food and tons of menu items to pick from. Great drink specials going on through the day with happy hour. My favorite are the Tacos al Pastor.

Unfortunately I thought it was mediocre at best. I ordered their Mexican quesadilla plate, but it did not look like a quesadilla, it looked like a flat taco with just a little bit of meat inside. What they call a salad is a little bit of lettuce, a few sprinkles of tomato, and a dollop of guacamole and sour cream. The service from Zeke however was exceptional, and he was Johnny on the spot with all of our food.

Waitress was good, just hovered a bit much. Food came out fast and was great. Pricey. The dish I used to get is a 3rd more expensive now...like all things.

Or first visit here. Lots of choices. My wife and I both really enjoyed our meals. Definitely some choices you don't find at most Mexican restaurants. I enjoyed the El Morro Special. It had great flavor and I could have easily split it into two meals. My wife had Burrito California and it was a very large burrito with great taste as well. A little pricey compared to most others.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid menu. Most of the options were around $7.50.Parking: It's in a strip mall, so the typical amount for 4 or 5 stores.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available

I really enjoy the various places in and around Columbus, and I highly recommend visiting one. However, during my last visit, there was a concerning issue with one of the employees. When we were checking out, she mistakenly charged tax on the entire bill, even though the kids' meals were supposed to be free on Tuesdays. I believe it's not appropriate to tax someone unless it's considered income. When I politely pointed this out, she became argumentative and insisted I was wrong, accusing us of "robbing her." She repeatedly interrupted me and raised her voice in front of the entire restaurant, making it difficult for me to explain the situation.I understand that mistakes happen, and this one could have been easily rectified. However, her combative attitude and lack of interest in providing good customer service were disappointing and completely out of line. Despite this negative experience, I don't want to discourage others from visiting this location solely based on one employee. The food is consistently good, and the service is generally average. The atmosphere is also decent, except for the fact that my booth was coming apart, with screws dangerously close to my two little girls.I hope this review proves helpful, and I genuinely hope the restaurant takes this opportunity to address the issue with the employee and make necessary corrective actions. It was an embarrassing situation for both me and the employee, and I hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future.

The el pastor tacos were wanting. First there was pineapple, not a big deal but the portions were lacking, not enough to use the provided tortillas. The service was amazing!
